Holder OK'd search warrant for Fox News reporter's private emails, official says

Attorney General Eric Holder signed off on a controversial search warrant that identified Fox News reporter James Rosen as a “possible co-conspirator” in violations of the Espionage Act and authorized seizure of his private emails, a law enforcement official told NBC News on Thursday.

Holder said he recused himself from the AP probe.

Apparently, he wanted FOX all to himself.

Problem is if you get rid of Holder, Deval Patrick becomes the AG.

Patrick would be slightly better, not because his political leanings are any less offensive, but, unlike Holder who is an aggressive Black Panther "Up the Revolution" racist, Patrick is more into just living well at the taxpayers expense.

Then again, Jerry “the fairy” Brown’s wife is a former judge, and since she looks like a man, she’d be o.k. too except that she’s not black ( at least I don’t think she is but who knows, she IS married to Jerry).

I could be very wrong. But I think he was referring to the AP case. I don’t think the Rosen/Fox seizure had been disclosed at the time of that hearing.

Agreed Toespi, Holder was testifying about the AP story. He was vague in regard to Rosen but I think he crafted the statement enough to cover himself.
