There has never been a "right" to marry.
Marriage has historically been an obligation two people undertook prior to engaging in activities that might reasonably be expected to lead to children, for the purposes of maximizing the odds of those children growing up to be productive members of society.
Since nothing two homosexuals can do can be expected to produce children, the whole concept of homosexual "marriage" is null and void.
That’s OK, they’ll get a flaming liberal jurist to impose it on everyone instead.
The legislature and governor here (Illinois) has already forced “civil unions” on us, it’s only a matter of time before we have queer marriage.
Any concealed carry law we finally get will be a joke.
In the 37 states where queer marriage was put to a vote by the citizens, it has been defeated. Put it to a vote by the people democrat perverts.

True, in spite of the the thuggery that is so prevalent in black youth gangs a very large segment of the black American community is composed of fundamentalist, bible believing Christians who still believe in the Christian God and His moral laws.
Thank God for those people, they may be the last large group of Americans to stand firm for God's laws when the white population has become almost totally reprobate, and IMHO that day isn't very far off.
IIRC, wasn’t there a professor who was African American who got upset about homosexual attraction being compared to race? I think that was in 2007 or 2008. Anyways, I haven’t heard of skin color being a closet condition. It’s not something people have to come out about on a regular basis.

Marriage is perhaps, aside from government intrusion, among the biggest cases of surrendering rights a person ever goes through.
When you marry, you surrender your individual ownership of much of your property.
When you marry, you surrender your property to get split up and confiscated from you on conditions of divorce happening.
When you marry, you surrender plenty of leisure and free time for the sake of doing activities that you probably enjoyed doing alone. (Goodbye to playing video games alone for hours on end, because your spouse, and don’t get me started on the children, will demand hours of time out of you, in addition to your work time.)
When you marry, you surrender responsibility for just yourself, you now get held responsible for your spouse, and any children you either have born into the marriage or adopt.
Again, there’s a reason why plenty of people cohabitate, including many homosexual couples nowadays as well, and it’s likely for this very reason that marriage in reality is less a right as opposed to a surrendering of rights and personal freedom that you would otherwise have being single or simply living with your love interest.

Not to be too stereotypical, but sometimes, in King of Prussia and Philadelphia where I have lived for some time, some of the best hospitality I have found was from the sides of town that were overwhelmingly African American.
Correct! Which is why you should find a qualified gun instructor familiar with Utah's conceal/carry permit requirements and have that person train and certify you for a Utah Conceal/Carry permit.
A little known secret in Illinois' conceal/carry law is that other states conceal/carry permits will be VALID in Illinois.
If you want to avoid the wait to get a conceal/carry permit in Illinois, get trained, qualify for, and apply for a Utah conceal/carry Permit. Illinois will honor it as soon as you get it and as soon as the Illinois law is signed.
Once Quinn signs the Conceal/Carry law (as flawed as it is..) there will be a FLOOD of folks here in Illinois applying for the permit. Having a UTAH permit enables you to conceal/carry right away in Illinois for at least the first year. That'll be plenty of time to formally apply through Illinois while still being able to carry here.

There are a lot of white politicians that are against SSM as well. If we’re to win this we need a broad outreach across both groups.
The whites, as well as black, politicians against SSM or wavering need data and arguments to back up their positions.
I think the best argument to date is the number of same sex ‘civil unions’ performed since legalization and their current status. The ss civil unions can play an important role in this fight as an indicator of the social effects and true norms of the SS lifestyle.
