But do the history books still note that the telephone and light bulb were invented by brilliant Russian scientist? Or is lie that American swine did this still allowed?

In March, aviation historian John Brown unveiled what he calls photographic proof that Whitehead flew over Connecticut in 1901, “two years, four months, and three days before the Wright brothers.”

Imbecilic State Of Connect-The-Cut!

Home of ‘Scranton’ Joe Biden the most ignorant ass (covers a lot of asses) to ever be sworn in as vice-president.

It’s not a photograph. It’s a drawing. However Jane’s All the World’s Aircraft recognizes Whitehead and the Smithsonian has give the Wright Flyer back to the family if they say the Wrights weren’t first.

“I have no information about whether school books will be reprinted in time for the start of Fall classes.”

Because with all of the economic state of affairs involved, such 'braking' news requires new textbooks be rushed into publication.

Meanwhile the jury is still out on the President's own paperworks.

Today "first in flight".

Tomorrow "The American Revolution" that we all know the French won.

“These weren't just people cheering the home team,” he told FoxNews.com. “Several legislators -- from both parties -- contacted me before the vote … they'd clearly done their homework and asked hard-ball questions.” “It was refreshing for me to see how seriously they took their vote,” Brown added.

But bills on mandated healthcare, amnesty for illegal immigrants, tax code, etc? No time!

A Brazilian told me that a Brazilian was actually responsible for the first powered flight. The Wright brothers had the best documentation. If it isn’t documented, it didn’t happen.

I am sure in Russia there is photographic proof that the first power flight took place there. Addtionally has anyone checked with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad or Kim Jong-Un? I am sure that they will wish to put forth their proofs that the first powered flight took place in their respective countries. ;-)

So where’s the photographic proof of flight? All I see with the article is photographic proof of construction.

Powered flight is not controlled flight. The Wright Bros. were the first to achieve controlled flight with “wing warping,” the precursors to ailerons.

Coming soon:

1) A jew named Albert Einstein stole everything from Islam.

2) Blacks in Africa invented the printing press but it was stolen by a white supremacist named Gutenberg.

3) Mexicans built the Hoover Dam but it was stolen by Yankee Imperialists.

4) An unnamed homosexual rather than Michelangelo painted the Sistine chapel due the Catholic Church opposing gay marriage.

So, this guy flew 2 years before the Wright brothers- in front of witnesses- and nobody said anything for 110 years. Well it’s on the internet, so it’s true, right?

According to the Great Soviet Encyclopedia (New York: Macmillan, 1973-1983), the first flight was made by Alexander Mozhaiskii, a Russian naval officer, in 1884.

Sketch allegedly based on a now lost photograph of the alleged Gustave Whitehead 1901 first flight.

Actual photograph of the Wright Brothers first flight.

I find it sufficiently surprising that anyone would fail to photograph as historic an event as an actual first controlled powered flight that I am not willing to accept the Whitehead claims. We know the Wrights did it - see the photos, see the video, see the numerous contemporary accounts - it happened.
