We are in the “Cone” of TS Andrea and have had days and days of rain. The air is so thick and heavy that it feels like the area below sea level around the Dead Sea (I Know I have been there).

The smell of rotting vegetation is in the are, and there is a steamy, jungly miasma.

The rain is actually HOT. i kid you not.
Hot, bath-water rain.

Hurricane season starts this week.

I don’t mind the heat but the humididy is not good.

I was in a seminar all day...it was pretty interesting. Payroll Law.

Did you have a good day? No critters on your commute? Do you have growing things?

Be back in a few...gotta go move the hoses for my Mom.

Both of the bathrooms have no windows and are in the center of the building, so we have a choice.

Of course, I’m on the 2nd floor, so if the roof blows off, the whole idea of a “safe place’ is irrelevant.

But, the building has survived Andrew, so i’m not worried.

Hi Kathy. Sports? It’s almost “you name it.” Indy car & Formula 1 racing, Chicago Cubs baseball although Cincy is closer & we go there too. Cowboys & Colts football. Both boys love NHL hockey, one likes the Blackhawks, the other likes the Penguins. And if that isn’t a civil war, I went to Indiana University, but my boys went to Purdue.

Mrs. Henkster is a saint for putting up with it.
