MSNBC’s Chris Matthews declared Wednesday that he’s “got to believe” opposition to President Obama is “ethnic in nature,” since the president has “never done anything wrong in his life — legally, ethically, whatever.”
President Obama’s administration is currently embroiled in a slew of scandals. They include the IRS’s admitted targeting of conservatives, the DOJ intimidating reporters, the NSA collecting phone records on millions of Verizon customers daily, Fast and Furious, and Benghazi.
But Matthews opined:
Why do they get the idea, if it isn’t ethnic — and I’ll just leave the possibility that it’s not — why do they just assume evil on the part of Obama?
I mean he’s raised — his whole life has been crystal clear, and clean as a whistle, and transparent. We know his whole life, through all the great excellent education he’s had. The good pro bono work he’s done throughout his life. He’s never been a money grubber. He’s never done anything wrong in his life — legally, ethically, whatever. His family is picture-perfect. The way he’s raised those daughters. Everything is clean as a whistle. And yet, they just refer to him as evil. They just refer to him as a liar.
I’ve just got to believe it’s ethnic with these people. They’ve just got a problem with this guy being president. Is there any other evidence to justify why they keep calling him a bad man? And that’s what they do....

And, what about the “pro bono work”? Name ONE case he handled, Chrissy! He doesn’t even have a law license, not only that, as president of the Harvard Law Review, he did not contribute a single article for publication, IIRC. Who does THAT???

Ergo anything Obama does is ethical as we all have personal morality...and that morality is ever-mutable.
Therefore, if Obama believes an action to be moral/ethical, it is.

Yeah, it’s “ethnic”, Matthews. That’s why we just can’t stand it when Herman Cain, Col. Alan West, Dr. Ben Carson, Dr. Condoleeza Rice, Justice Clarence Thomas, and any of a number of other Americans of the same ethnicity achieve positions of authority, respect, and leadership.
I’d compare Chris Matthews with an a-hole, but a-holes actually serve a purpose.
All of those extraordinary individuals didn't get where they are by "affirmative action" ... and therefore are irrelevant. Can't have black people think they can achieve without their (exceptionally white) Democrat Party masters!
Yes, Chris Matthews, Obama hasn’t been convicted of any crime, AFAIK.
HOWEVER, he certainly is unethical and a dirty, nasty Alinskyite in the way he campaigns and governs. He and his team have a HISTORY OF USING SEALED/PRIVATE RECORDS against his political opponents/enemies.
