In this instance it was a lie. He wasn’t talking about the possibility that some video camera somewhere in the complex had recorded it, he was saying that it might be on TM’s phone, which he ominously placed on the table:

“And one of his hobbies happens to be the videotaping of everything he does. OK. He has, has a library, very impressive, going through his phone, we got a little bit, but the battery died. We’re still working on that. There’s a possibility that whatever happened between you and him is caught on videotape. And this is going to be our final interview. I’m not gonna talk to you any more after this. We’re good, you know what I’m saying? That right there, that’s his cell phone.”

He knew there was no video. At best, he had no idea whatsoever whether there was video on there or not. That’s a lie, in the same way that I might tug on a your sleeve at the bar and say there’s a “possibility” that your wife is cheating on you — but to protect other people I really shouldn’t tell you why I think that. (Pretending that they couldn’t read the phone’s memory because the battery was dead is another obvious lie. You usually don’t even need the phone to read the phone’s memory card.) He was just guessing — hoping would be a more correct word — that GZ was telling some lie about what had happened.

Under cross examination, O’Mara asked him, “You lied, right, told Zim you found camera footage of that night...?” Serino does not deny that it was a lie.

I'm reading through that whole transcript and I see that Serino doubles down -- later he says it's "a strong possibility", which is even more of a lie. Then we have this: "Another thing too as far as 25 and 30 punches, I’ve consulted with a lot of people, not quite consistent with your injuries." For exactly the same reasons, that too is a lie -- because all the testimony except for today's paid shill was that it absolutely IS consistent with his injuries, which means it's a certainty that he lied that he "consulted with a lot of people". Finally re TM, "He's not on drugs". One, yes he was, and two, Serino either knew that he was indeed on drugs, or had no idea whatsoever.

Could TM position changed when the officer lifted him up to look for the bullets exit? Not sure. Any insight on this?

I really have no idea about that. The thing I have been paying attention to is who claims whose voice is the one screaming out. Trayvon's dad (stepdad?) initially said that the scream was not from Trayvon and no one is making any big deal about it.

In my opinion GZ has a soft spoken voice. When the one witness said she thought it was TM because it sounded like a younger soft voice I can’t say for sure it would be TM. Did you hear how deep the 15 year old kids voice was? Although we have not heard TM’s voice.

The thing about a parent is they can tell their child's voice from another kid's voice. It is really hard for anyone else to really 'know' that voice as well as the parent even an expert with a Phd and a bunch of fancy equipment.

And Trayvon's dad said the scream did not come from Trayvon.
