How Soon Will Clapper be Indicted for Perjury?
7/3/13 | Originalbuckeye

Will anyone find the spine to finally hold a top Democrat accountable for his criminality? You can bet if it was a Republican who lied under oath, the indictment would be swift and merciless.

Clapper is a Reublican if he’s anything.

His first appointed job was under the Bush Administration, and his only recorded campaign contributions were to to the Dole Presidential Campaign in 1996, and to Senator John Warner (R-VA).

I’ll buy a lottery ticket when he is.

As Clapper was no doubt advised, his clarification has cleared him of any potential perjury charge. In legal terms, he has “purged” himself of the false statement.

Never. The GOPe that runs Congress is comprised of compromised, impotent pussies.

Clapper will never be indicted.

Holder will never be forced to resign.

obama will never be impeached.

Was he under oath? Most of the really high government officials testify with out taking an oath. Congress makes exception for officials they don’t true (Holder for example).

He’s a “white boy”, so there’s actually a chance he will be indicted.

It is not perjury if when you told the lie you had no idea that someone would divulge information that would make it a lie.

“...With McConnell and Boehner in charge? Are you kidding me? These guys are the paragon of the go-along-to-get-along gang...”

The Repub Party needs to be replaced with a conservative, pro-American, pro-Constitution party that is willing to be the OPPOSITION PARTY and fight the Fascist Rats who are working hard to destroy America and its core principles. The sad part is that the American electorate apparently has not been hurt enough yet and lacks the forward thinking necessary to motivate such an effort NOW. I continue to hope.

The sad part is that the enemedia has convinced the American electorate that people who actually believe things should be done like the law says (or the law be changed)--from the Constitution on down, are 'right wing extremist whackos', and not the mainstream. Even the Congress (getting rich off insider tips and perks no matter which side of the aisle) likes the arrangement, because it stifles effective opposition to the very profitable status quo.

I was working my way down the comments, and you said what I was thinking. Equal injustice under the law.

......HOLD CLAPPER ACCOUNTABLE NOW!........

The Scumbag Wyden set him up.

Wyden, who has a top secret clearance, and was told all about the program, was sworn to secrecy, and was too chicken to disclose the program.

Clapper too has top secret clearance, and was also sworn to secrecy about the program, was asked the question by the Scumbag in open testimony.

Clapper had a choice of two responses:

1. say yes, and blow the whole program to the public, and go to jail for exposing a “top secret” program that he was sworn to keep secret.

2. Lie and say no

Scumbag Wyden even told Clapper that he was going to set him up the day before, forcing Clapper to make a reasoned choice in his next day testimony.

Scumbag Wyden (D, OR) should be held in contempt!

Yes, stupidity and ignorance are major problems. One of the reasons the radical left is working so hard to get total control over the education system and make it illegal for you to take control of the education of your own children. It is what Marxists do.

Republicans in the US House don’t have the armed muscle to hold the racist pig Holder accountable.

The people that would arrest the racist Holder for treason work for the Justice Department controlled by Holder.

It’s not a matter of spine, it’s about who or what hold the guns.

Holder and obuma can’t be held accountable because the US House has no armed force to go after these commies.

The last time that the US House had the armed muscle to challenge the executive branch was when Rep. Stevens stripped away the commander in chief authority from President Johnson in 1867. It was called the Reconstruction Act.
