Video from Wednesday's "Impeach Obama" overpass protest. This took place from 4~6PM (rush hour) on a bicycle overpass over Interstate 290 in Elk Grove Village. This was organized through the Facebook page, "Overpasses For Obama's Impeachment".
Except for local traffic reports and a mention on Joe Walsh's radio show, it garnered no media attention despite a local news helicopter fly-by.
More protests at other overpasses are scheduled in the coming weeks.

If they are seen all over the nation it will show a huge number of people that Americans are fed up.
They will be more likely to talk about the issues.

Rush hour, sometimes the traffic was crawling...easy to read signs!
Lucky no arrests were made due to possible “traffic hazard”. Then again, it was in Elk grove Village and NOT in Chicago where things are handled a lot different.

The “traffic hazard” threat never holds up. The very nature and purpose of a protest is to attract attention, be it an overpass or along side a busy street. It serves no purpose protesting in an empty field.
Yes, there were plenty of people honking horns and some were waving. Of course, there were Obama-bots driving by with both middle fingers extended which just made everyone laugh.
Bigger signs will appear next time. This was a practice run.

Just got the word... July 19th on the 355 overpass during rush hour. I will more than likely be there.
