Blacks, Hispanics, Youth abandoning Obama

Feeling let down by a president they once had high expectations for, blacks, Hispanics and younger voters are starting to give up on President Obama.

Pollster John Zogby told Secrets that his latest poll found a big drop in support for the president among the three key constituencies who feel that Obama hasn't delivered the results he promised in his reelection campaign. "These three groups all have high expectations and feel a sense of ownership because of their strong support," the pollster said. "He is losing some of the strength he once enjoyed among groups that have formed the nucleus of his coalition."

Consider the results from the latest Zogby Analytics poll of 919 likely voters taken July 12-13. While Obama won 61 percent of the youth vote in 2012, only 46 percent approve of his job as president. He won with 71 percent of Hispanics and 93 percent of African Americans, but now stands at 68 percent and 84 percent respectively.

Zogby said that Hispanics are nervous about immigration reform and want the president to do more to make good on his promise to grant amnesty to 11 million illegal immigrants. "While the White House and fellow Democrats prefer the president lay back and not rev up opposition by campaigning, Hispanics want him out there," said Zogby.

For blacks, said the pollster, "they thought he would be able to do so much more."

And younger voters are feeling the pain of higher interest rates on college loans and don't like the National Security Agency spying scandal. "For young people, the failure to stop the rise of student loan rates and the NSA revelations weigh in heavily," said Zogby.

Despite the drop in support among key groups, Zogby said that the president still holds "considerable juice," and stands in the latest poll at an evenly split 49 percent approval-49 percent disapproval.

The Second Amendment is saving us right now.

Problem is, we aren't shooting back.

Obama made a hell of a lot of promises and demands on congress and he got close to nothing passed this year(term) so far.

Once again Rubio claiming that getting that Senate immigration bill to Obama will hurt him or upset him was a huge lie. The above shows that, Obama would get credit for any immigration bill he signs and certainly a Dem one like that (Rubio and Schumers) would make his day.

This is his second term, its now (legacy items) or nothing for him. All he got them big was Obama-care.

Democrats effed everything up. The Republican’s let them, and “We the people” walk around the pen clucking, and pecking at the grain on the ground the Master’s put out.

When was that promise made? Behind closed doors?

Clearly, hussein’s not sufficiently racist; they were looking for him to put all Whites in concentration camps, seize all their assets, and re-distribute the same to Black folks.

Whitey’s not face down in a mud puddle with a boot on his neck.

That’s why they’re disappointed.

These poll number doesn’t mean anything, they’ll still support him over anyone with an R 95-5.

And 100%-0% with 112% turnout in certain big city precincts.

Obama’s policies have hit Blacks the hardest. The real unemployment rate (not the bogus engineered number FedGov concocts) of the Black population has skyrocketed to new highs. The Blacks living in the democrat urban plantations are worse off due to Obama’s policies which are eliminating full time jobs. The FedGov lie of stating that those who have lost all hope of finding a job are no longer unemployed is a cheap and dishonest trick. Perhaps even the low information voters trapped in these democrat urban plantations may eventually come to realize the goals of Obama’s policies. Specifically to put as many Blacks on welfare as possible, keep them down on the democrat urban plantations, and make them as dependent as possible on the government for the very bread they put in their mouth. Blacks trapped in these cities are truly slaves of the State. Unfortunately many of these people have not figured it out yet because Obama tells them their conditions are bad because of all the crackers keeping them down. Which, of course is a steaming load of crap.

So what. Obama is a lame duck. And besides, these people are fundamentally disappointed because they got less free stuff than they though they’d get. Apparently, free phones, free internet, free housing and free food is simply not enough free stuff anymore for these folks to manage to drag themselves to the polls. They’ll simply vote for the next big commie that PROMISES them that THEY are the ones that will REALLY give them all the free stuff they so desire. After all: “to each according their needs and from each according to their ability”. And these folks seem to have almost endless needs and not very much ability. Perfect DemoCommie voters.

We will really be able to gauge this weekend, with the 100 city march. Not so good news already: Sharpton’s posse is falling apart!

I wonder if they can hold it together and squeak out a showing, to scare us all by.

Blacks, Hispanics, Youth abandoning Obama

In other words, 0bumb0's not liberal or socialist enough to satisfy the entitlement class with more & more free stuff, free money, free housing, free cell phones, free education (not that this is ever apparent in them), etc.

This highlights the inherent fallacy of socialism.... eventually you run out of other people's money, and then you end up with a million percent inflation or so, like in Zimbabwe with a worthless currency. This is what the RAT bastard 0dumb0 & the rest of the demoRATs desire to see happen to the US.

For blacks, said the pollster, "they thought he would be able to do so much more."

This one is sad. I believe Obama's done everything he could to help the black community. The problem is he's using liberal ideas which don't work. Giving free Obama phones out is not the answer. Ginning up hate and blame against 'white hispanics' is not the answer - and has hurt the black community. ObamaCare will be worse...

The ugly truth is liberal elite ideas destroyed the black family - and until those ideas are rooted out - nothing NOTHING is going to get much better for the average black family.

If Obama could make things better for them, he would. I believe his hearts in the right place on this issue...

In other words, they're disillusioned with Obama because even he isn't radical or activist enough for them. Their "abandonment" of Obama doesn't mean that they'll back conservatives or Republicans in the future, it means they'll support somebody to Obama's Left. The blacks want a Sharpton (i.e. an Obama with worse table manners), the hispanics want a La Raza type representing them.

Well THERE would be a constructive use of the George Zimmerman case: To pry Hispanics away from the Democrats.

You are kidding right ? The prosecutor who withheld evidence and tried to railroad him was a REPUBLICAN .

We got some real garbage republicans here in Florida
