George Zimmerman's Brother: Trayvon Martin Skeletons Coming Out in Civil Trial
Gather ^ | July 30, 2013 | Hillary Hill

Posted on 07/30/2013 11:52:12 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

George Zimmerman's brother is trying to warn Trayvon Martin's family about the additional pain and suffering they could go through if they try to bring a wrongful death civil suit against his acquitted brother.

As of July 30, many people in the country still labor under the illusion of the images painted of Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman on the night Zimmerman shot and killed Martin, an unarmed teen from Miami. For example, erroneous reporting about the 911 call led many to believe that Zimmerman racially profiled the teen when NBC News later admitted the tape was aired out of context when it was reconfigured due to cutting and splicing the media tool, prompting a legal suit by the accused in the murder case.

Likewise, a judge ruled that information about Martin's fighting tendencies--just days before the fight with Zimmerman--could not be revealed to the jury during the Seminole County murder trial. And Judge Debra Nelson also ruled that photos of the dead teen holding guns and appearing to exhale smoke could not be used either. School expulsions for alleged wrongdoing were absent from the court, too, and the media largely ignored derogatory reporting about Sybrina Fulton's son.

The respect shown the victim was good in the sense that too many crime victims are revictimized after a crime by defense attorneys seeking to get off guilty clients. And Mark O'Mara, Zimmerman's attorney, was not allowed to do that to the memory of Martin. Yet the jury found in favor of the defendant anyway because the law showed he was not guilty of premeditated murder--or racial profiling.

A civil court, however, will allow the victim in addition to the accused to be presented in their entirety, factually. And that means the truth about Trayvon Martin's past will come back to haunt his mother and family if they move forward with this case. So George Zimmerman's brother is merely stating the obvious rather than trying to threaten the Martin family from moving forward. After all, they surely don't want the school where Trayvon attended to enlighten the country about how their son was expelled from school due to his antagonist behavior to authorities and his alleged criminal activities on the premises. And they don't want media reporting about his fighting tendencies, and how he felt he was good at it. Do they?

The Martin family can continue to enjoy the blind support of many in the African American community and elsewhere if they let this sleeping dog lie, but if they take Zimmerman to civil court in a wrongful death lawsuit then the gloves will come off. And no parent wants their child remembered for the things they did wrong. Nor do they want the world to know their child might have egged on the fatal blow that was dealt them either. And that's why Zimmerman's brother seems to think they will not pursue a lawsuit against his brother, according to the Huffington Post, telling the media outlet that "things that might not be flattering to Trayvon or his family" would come out.

Our side needs to learn how to write articles correctly. One thing I noticed is that libs & dems are repetitive.

"In self defense" should be drilled into the lib & dem skulls. Thus it should be:

"As of July 30, many people in the country still labor under the illusion of the images painted of Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman on the night Zimmerman shot and killed Martin in self defense, an unarmed teen from Miami. "

If Florida law is similar to New Jersey law in this regard, then Zimmerman may have nothing to lose in a civil lawsuit anyway. If he was acting as a volunteer “agent” of the homeowners’ association when the incident occurred (and I presume this was the case, since the HOA’s insurance company has already paid a settlement to Martin’s family), then Florida law and/or the bylaws of the HOA may indemnify him against any financial losses he faces — including his legal fees if he is sued in civil court.

The thing is, this author is under the illusion that St. Skittles’ family thinks being a thug gangsta is WRONG. My impression is that deep down, they do NOT think anything is morally reprehensible about their culture.

The LAWYERS they have agree with them, but have the savvy to hide the gangsta mindset. Do you ever notice Sybrina and Tracy RARELY, if ever, speak out without a mouthpiece next to them??

“Mentions of Tray’s school suspensions, likely jewelry thefts, drug use and violent texts”

In a sane world, that would be an inhibiting factor, but nowadays that garners him more sympathy among the blacks for standin’ up to da crazy-ass crackas. It’s not going to make a whit of difference. Martin’s parents have already been assured the more relaxed “preponderance of guilt” threshold will be easier to cross, as will be the path to $$$$$$ for the rest of their lives.

If they proceed with a lawsuit, Zimmerman’s attorneys will ask for a “Stand Your Ground Immunity” hearing from a civil suit and it is likely they would prevail.

CNN Guest Lashes Out At Juror B29’s ‘Empty’ Apologies For Verdict, Scolded By Fellow Guests

Too many on both sides are playing with this. The premise for these presentations, including the trial, which everybody refers to was set by the regime and the media. What nobody looks at is how Neighborhood Watches operate. If any of our so called conservative talk show hosts had iterviewed guests that run these watches the regime and the media would be exposed for the frauds they are. That should happen if the counter suit takes place.

It’s the second time the President of the United States has interjected himself into a confrontation between those in authority on legal grounds reasonably questioned and released someone involved in a curious activity. He is still being given a pass as if he has nothing to do with the strife he’s causing by the socialist games he’s playing

In both cases those representing “authority” were reported as “white” . In the second case the person working security was attacked after questioning an activity while on private rights of way and allowing the person to continue on their way. Who doubled back and attacked the “neighborhood watch” worker beating him severly on the ground and the attacker was subsequently killed in a struggle over the Neighborhood Watchman’s legal pistol.

In the second case both were dark skined.

Since the Zimmernan not guilty verdict has been rendered, the facts of this case are still being shamefully being concealed by the media to the extent they are advancing and are complicit in permitting a putrid injstice to be committed of the worst order, organized and instituted by our governent. While denied. It began as a miscalculation when a surname of a Jewish origin shot up and lighted the heavens like a star shell in the darkest of nights.

It would have been difused if the media used pictures of both side by side because they look like cousins. And the area of this “Neighborhood Watch” where this occured of paycheck to paycheck struggling homeowners of all races trying to protect themselves had been reported and not some ritzy all white enclave.they portrayed.

If you enter a neighborhood watch area especially if it’s “gated” what happens ? White, green, blue or black, you can be asked your purpose for being there. Your on private property. Yes if a person on patrol loses sight of you they can and do leave their vehicle .Worse yet the media is still pilling it on with ABC editing a a black jury members (remember when they were all white)t remarks to make it sound like she accused Zimmerman of murder.

Instead the party that hypenated itself from God at their 2012 convention into demo-coms, and believe that all groups should be hyphenated , Afro-American, Hispanic-American, etc..Decided Zimmerman to be the egg that is to be broken,. sacrificed, so that we have an omlet..Just like Stalin did to the Ukrainian land owners known as Kulacks whom he executed, (and used that egg example) in a soclal engineering plan to organize collectives during a Russian drought..Because as we have learned there seems to be the intention to use a collective data base to create collectives.where a utopia of uniforimity of conformity exists. As was done in Detroit, and Oakland California.only this time a poor whitey or blacky won’t be able to move,.

Just as with the energy plan where the cost of fuel used for energy and transportation has skyrocketed placing those on fixed or limited incomes dependent on government handouts because of this regimes socialist policies the sacrifice of Zimmerman must die for . This time to another communist plan. We all move together in centers designed and approved by comrades running the collective who (just like Obamacare aren’t in it) won’t and never live there.

What should be the response and rebuttal ?

Why is this being done ? To cover up Fast and furious, IRS, Bengahzi, Solar panel gate, NSA spying on US,over-riding the constittution? Those are blamed on others .But not who accompaines Obama on his many trips around the world at taxpayer expence ? Were they the heavy hitters or their friends holding the president’s hand ? Never looked into either by the House and certainly not even speculated about or reported on by the media. Seems like that could be considered pay back at US taxpayer expence. Isn’t that an impeachable offense ? Now if somebody even suggests impeachment. What better way to discourage any investigation into malfeasance and corruption by organizing the base for riots in the streets ?

Sap-happy race divider, Obama, and Trayvon’s family refuse to admit the "chile" was a streetwise punk, a troublemaker who lived a high-risk lifestyle that inevitably brought about his own demise.

On CNN's Headline New defense atty O'Mara mentioned that Trayvon was under the influence of marijuana and that he was spotted near a home that had recently been burglarized. O'Mara went on to say that Martin had recently been "caught with the fruits of a burglary." A reference to the watch, jewelry and burglary tool found in Martin's backpack by school authorities several months before.

That fateful night he was buying the stuff to get a ghetto high on "lean." Side effects of "lean" includes aggressive behavior. Helps to understand why this rabid "chile" attacked his teacher, school-bus driver........and lay in wait----like a predator----for FOUR FULL MINUTES TO attack George Zimmerman.

The "chile's aggrieved parents" have their hands out---waiting for the money to roll in. I hear they already collected one million from the condo owners' insurance plan.

And if Tracy is Trayvon's real daduy---I'll eat a bag of skittles.

"I want to thank Rev Al for helping me look like
a "victim" as long as possible---at least until the
paternity test comes back and shows I don't get no
money because I ain't Trayvon's daddy. "

============================================

THERE'S A LAWSUIT RIGHT THERE L/E officers falsified official govt reports (a felony) to save Trayvon's degenerate ***. Read on.

In Oct 2011, after a video surveillance camera caught Martin writing graffiti on a door, MDSPD Office Darryl Dunn searched Martin’s backpack, looking for the marker he had used. Officer Dunn found 12 pieces of women’s jewelry and a man’s watch, along with a flathead screwdriver the officer described as a “burglary tool.”

The jewelry and watch, which Martin claimed he had gotten from a friend he refused to name, matched a description of items stolen during the October 2011 burglary of a house on 204th Terrace, about a half-mile from the school.

However, because of Chief Hurley’s policy “to lower the arrest rates,” as one MDSPD sergeant said in an internal investigation, the stolen jewerly was instead listed as “found property” and was never reported to Miami-Dade Police who were investigating the burglary. Similarly, in February 2012 when an MDSPD officer caught Martin with a small plastic bag containing marijuana residue, as well as a marijuana pipe, this was not treated as a crime, and instead Martin was suspended from school.

Either of those incidents could have put Trayvon Martin into the custody of the juvenile justice system. However, because of Chief Hurley’s attempt to reduce the school crime statistics — according to sworn testimony, officers were “basically told to lie and falsify” reports — Martin was never arrested.

> it’s not like GZ has a lot in the way of assets even if they did win.

They’ll never collect the judgment. Let them hire an attorney that they won’t pay who’ll end suing them later because they’ll use the donations sent to them for personal use and not legal fees. It’ll show their true colors and they’ll be behind the 8 ball for a change. People aren’t stupid. Its obvious their son was a thug who was burglarizing the neighborhood, getting high all the time (and even dealing), and on a fast track to becoming another multiple count felon. He was stopped in his tracks trying to prove he was a badass that was going to give a “crazy ass cracka’” a beatdown. In the end the Fulton and Martin’s poor parenting skills will be shown to be the primary cause of Trayvon’s death. Let ‘em sue and have their names dragged through the dirt after investigators gather plenty of evidence to prove it.

Likely, he’ll go with either one or both of his defense attorneys. The older one is almost retired and I think he has a hard-on for the former prosecution team and their bosses. I’d say it would be a labor of hate/love to poke them in the eye (again).

GZ already passed the hate-crime inquisition (by the FBI), and the defense won’t hold anything back re: St. Trayvon this time. He will be figuratively crucified.

If I were GZ, I’d look into taking any money made in the near future and putting it in the same kind of retirement trust OJ had. It survived the Civil Lawsuit where the plaintiffs were awarded 33 million. Untouchable.

Yes....and, the HOA acted stupidly because the insurance company was the only one that made out on that deal. The insurance company is only obligated to pay out up to the policy amount; the rest of the liability goes to the HOA.

Unless they got some sort of signed waver from the Martins about not suing the HOA or Insurance company, they can still go after both (at least up to the policy limit for the insurance company and the sky’s the limit for the HOA). However, I think the HOA and insurance company made a bad deal. They left the game too early.

St Trayvon’s entire little thug life will be opened up, everything about the Martins dredged up (even forcing both to prove Trayvon is their biological child), their finances, their settlements since the self-defense killing, etc.

They should have come out during the first trial. A man’s life was hanging in the balance and they thought it proper to hide this information. There is a special place in hell for such people.

Concrete is a weapon just as much as a gun or a knife if it is used against a person’s skull.

I’m guessing half of the legal firms in Florida would laugh if offered the deal.

You are jesting of course.. The line of bloodsucking lawyers has already forming, and I wouldn't be surprised if one isn't already scouring the jury pool..

They will Judge shop this baby, and the chosen jurist will look and act predictable.. This jury will be much different than the last, and be bent to the far left.. No my dear FRiend, this goes to court and Katy bar the door..
