The CIA has been subjecting operatives to monthly polygraph tests in an attempt to suppress details of a US arms smuggling operation in Benghazi that was ongoing when its ambassador was killed by a mob in the city last year, according to reports.
Up to 35 CIA operatives were working in the city during the attack last September on the US consulate that resulted in the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, according to CNN.

This "phony" scandal just keeps breaking wide open more and more.

Could our Founding Fathers in their wildest dreams have imagined that we'd be relying this heavily on the British Press to hold our government accountable?

Ronald Reagan’s greatest political mistake was his choice of running mate. I knew it then, I know it now.

And since the days of “Camelot” this comes as a surprise?
The real lynchpin of the Republic broke decades ago and it has taken this long for the other underlying supports to crack and start to crumble.
Perhaps with the advent of the electronic media we can regain the freedoms that have been paid for by other generations. At least that is my dream and nightly prayers.

Actually, CNN’s Jake Tripper broke this story yesterday. But you are right, it likely will not go much further in the USA.

I think the CIA is taking the fall for the State Department. Why else would CNN, of all news orgs, be pushing this iteration?

Maybe they were waiting for orders.

Why did Hillary and Obama use US taxpayer funded personnel, equipment, facilities and money to overthrow the government of Libya? The Democrats wet themselves for years over Nicaragua, but they are OK with overthrowing the government of Libya? It doesn’t make sense......unless there’s money involved.

I was watching Fox And Friends cover this story this morning. Until my cable went out all the sudden. Odd?

this thing is huge! CNN getting most of the credit for breaking it. Glen Beck just did his open on this for a half hour. If Rush picks it up it could be over for the regime. They are giving those who were there estimated at 35 with 7 wounded, monthly polygraphs instead of every three years. Also the regime is threatening their families. Big story here.

...a CIA team was working in an annex near the consulate on a project to supply missiles from Libyan armouries to Syrian rebels. Because of the Russian, Chinese and 3 other nations Security Council veto of any UN or International sanctions or actions on Syria, the US has violated International Law in assisting rebels in an internal civil war against a legitimate, legal, recognized Syrian government.
All personnel involved in these activities are at risk if taken, and none are protected off US embassy grounds.
Obama has put America's enemies on the right side of the law.
