RE :”

I think back before all the housing development caught fire here here and how I wish I took pictures of some of the beautiful but long gone scenery I used to enjoy. But carrying a separate camera around back then all the time especially with volatile film was impractical. You really had to plan it.
Now I take pictures of cop speed traps, parked cop cars, more woods being destroyed for new neighborhoods(more traffic, more crowded schools, higher taxes) , aspects of crappy local businesses inside.
All so easy to capture real time and email or post on line. Its magic.

Yes it is magic.
You know, thirty years ago I was really desirous of having a film studio, so I could take family videos, and keep those memories.
I envisioned it all fitting in a room in the home. Man was I going to have fun.
And now it’s all in my iPhone5. LOL. I never could have imagined it.

Photography was my hobby since a kid and my parents gave me a super 8 movie camera for my B-day and I used to make kids movies of stop action photography animation that impressed neighbors back then, a joke now,
I had a really decent 35mm camera that finally broke after 23 years of use on a Maryland mountain hike. By then it was time to give up film anyway.
Now I have a really nice Cannon that takes fantastic quality 4MB pictures, But I cant take a camera like that with me everyday or on those type of hikes.

I been watching reruns of Sopranos 1999 to ~ 2005 and during the scenes when they beat up deadbeats or anyone who got them mad in broad daylight in front of many witnesses who were presumably scared to go to police, today someone would cam it with their phone and put it on youtube,
Romney got beat by a small cam.
Of course they don't do well in poor light because the lenses are so small, so they could still catch their prey in the dark.

Okay, now I remember.
If Obama had made a statement like that, it would have induced no reporting whatsoever.
I knew what Romney meant, and I think he was basically right.
I’d like to give seniors the benefit of the doubt on that one, but I’m not sure they really grasp how bad this guy was, and voted against him.

it was a covertly recorded conversation that Romney never intended for the peasant voters to hear, just to his $$$ fundraisers at that $$$$ gathering, by a waiter .
Its not like he made a case for it against Dems.
Now he denies even saying what is on the recording of him, says it was mischaracterized. No honor in this.

RE :”

Romney was so weak and clueless, its really bad when Obama zingers to Mitt at the debate make me giggle. Romney offered us nothing. Just that goofy grin while O mopped up floor with him.

I agree. Own it...
ANYONE getting funds from the government, ceases to be completely influence free of the enticement of people who promise to be favorable to increasing those funds.

He wasn’t tone deaf. He just liked listening to the tunes most Conservatives wouldn’t listen to.
