AN Oklahoma court has been told how one of the boys accused of murdering Melbourne baseballer Chris Lane danced and laughed as he was being taken into a police station to be charged.

James Edwards, 15, was treating the murder as a joke, District Attorney Jason Hicks told a hearing in the town of Duncan on Tuesday (Wednesday morning AEST).

Mr Hicks told the court that Edwards has previously been in contact with police, and that he "an attitude of total disregard for law enforcement" when he was being charged over Lane's death. "He thinks it's funny, and it's all a joke," Mr Hicks said.

What evidence do you have that Jones is half black? His picture makes him look all white. I referred to him as white only because of his picture. This is a good faith question. OJ’s kids, for example, look white.

Jones has light brown hair that’s relatively straight and no significantly Negro features. All of that says to me he’s probably white. His mother’s definitely white. To say he’s part black, I’d at least need to see a picture of his father.

I live in Duncan. Our mayor is a fine black gentleman. This crime is ripping the heart out of many here because Duncan is a peaceful town. It is largely a very Christian and religious town. Most people attend Church each weekend. And all of the restaurants are pitching in to raise money for the victims family.

Here is one suggestion:
The family and girlfriend of Chris should immediately hire an attorney to bring a RICO conspiracy suite against Sharpton, Jackson, Holder, Oprah, Obama, the Florida DA and NBC for say $1 billion for creating the conditions that led to this behavior. The suit should be brought in Federal District court in Oklahoma City with a jury trial. The anger evident in the comments here and on the Blaze is just the tip of the iceberg of the disgust that real Americans, black and white, sense deeply about the race baiting of the racial hate proponents that laid the foundation for the egregious criminality in this case.

I will wager in the next few days we will learn how the perps were frustrated victims of racial discrimination and while “no one justifies their actions” the real issue here is racial tension caused by lack of economic opportunity in the black community.

Sorry about being so hard on you. That being said, I still cannot determine the race of the oldest one even after looking at the picture. He has a black name and black lips but everything else seems white.
