Pentagon Prepping for Large Scale Economic Breakdown Anthony Gucciardi by Anthony Gucciardi August 26th, 2013 Updated 08/26/2013 at 1:10 am
High level government documents reveal that the Pentagon is preparing in full force for large scale economic meltdown and massive revolt via the US public exactly what we are criticized for doing.
pentagon-economic-collapse-riotsYou see the Pentagon and agencies like the Department of Defense (DoD) are in full scale emergency readiness in their own words for cataclysmic events that are believed to ultimately ignite riots in the face of chaos and economic collapse, and its all out in the open. And its one of the reasons that were seeing such a massive amount of spying on activists of all kinds, alternative news writers and personalities, and basically anyone preparing for themselves.
The US government is dedicated to logging such information into a major database in order to prepare for the coming collapse that they are predicting in their own documents for all to see. Collapse predictions that have turned into war games by the Pentagon, which in 2010 were orchestrated to prepare for what the Pentagon dubbed large scale economic breakdown and the disappearance of essential services like food.
In this same war games exercise dedicated to domestic response, exercises were ran in order to prepare for domestic order amid civil unrest. Military to Stop Domestic Resistance
A thread that is seen throughout these tests is the concept that civil unrest will unfold and prompt military action against the public. One of the largest examples of this is the US Armys Strategic Studies Institute paper that talks about about the threat of domestic crises that are expected to lead to massive unrest throughout the nation. Spurring more paranoia into the notion that every citizen is a terrorist, the report starts talking about everything from economic collapse to a loss of functional political order brought upon by a hostile group within the United States that could access weapons.
In such scenarios, the report discusses how the DoD would then be forced by circumstances to come in and stop purposeful domestic resistance or insurgency:
DoD might be forced by circumstances to put its broad resources at the disposal of civil authorities to contain and reverse violent threats to domestic tranquility. Under the most extreme circumstances, this might include use of military force against hostile groups inside the United States. Further, DoD would be, by necessity, an essential enabling hub for the continuity of political authority in a multi-state or nationwide civil conflict or disturbance.
To go along with this, and the idea of the military coming in to stop domestic resistance in the midst of an economic collapse, the Pentagon has gone and created a force consisting of 20,000 troops whose sole purpose is to be available for civil unrest and catastrophes all based on the 2005 Homeland Security program to prepare for multiple, simultaneous mass casualty incidents. Yet again we see this link.
But dont worry, changes have been made just one month ago to allow for the Pentagon to directly have absolute authority over domestic emergencies and civil disturbance at large. As reported in a Long Island news publication and properly summarized by The Guardian as further preparation for some form of domestic meltdown:
Federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances.
What does this mean exactly, to engage in the activity necessary to quell large-scale civil disturbances? Well, for one it is the blank check ability to go ahead and stop major protests amid domestic turmoil. The kind of protests were seeing around the world, from Egypt to Brazil. The kind of protests where citizens have had enough.
And going by the Pentagon documents mixed with the DoD papers, it appears the military believes America may take to the streets amid an economic collapse or domestic disturbance of large caliber. And you can be sure that virtually all citizens that question the government are the targets of military intervention, as we see in the DoDs own Army Modernisation Strategy, detailing anti-government and radical ideologies that potentially threaten government stability as a major threat.
Yes, you read that right. The DoD is classifying anti-government and radical ideologies as something that threatens government stability. When a major domestic disturbance comes along that all of these documents are discussing, such as perhaps in the form of mass protests, its the anti-government extremists they will be coming after.

“You weeel haf health care...UND you vill eeenjoyy eet.” Sign zee papers, old man...”i can’t you’ve broken all my fingers”
Alles in Ordnung of course in the socialist mindset.
The real reason we are going to war! Admitted there are more but this is a major reason. Powers behind the throne have been orchestrating this from long ago. Talk about playing with fire. Good thing I know God’s in control.
They didn’t buy all those bullets for nuthin”
Driving a couple thousand miles of I 80 the last week, there were handfuls of Janet’s MRAPs fresh from the factory, being hauled on flatbed trucks. I wondered where they were going.
should have followed, discreetly.
20,000 troops won’t go very far in a country the size of the US. I guess the idea is to have a show of force to put the fear into people thinking about starting more unrest?
Sounds like that’s the goal...fear and intimidation.
Don’t have to. Look at the shelter in place after the Boston bombing. The right false flag and the ‘sheeple’ will do as commanded. Hell there were plenty of FReepers who thought the shelter in place was a just GREAT!
Of course they’re going to prepare for worst-case situations like this. A huge solar flare or EMP burst will knock out communications systems for a long time, and how long do you think it will take for those who are dependent on EBT cards to riot for food? Not to mention the rest of us if all the ATMs, credit card transfers, and the internet stop working.
So there’s a scenario that doesn’t require tinfoil hats or big brother paranoia that can explain this.
1.) Paint helicopters black.
The Pentagon Total Societal Collapse Checklist
1.) Paint helicopters black.
Don’t have to paint them black for some people because those with their heads buried all the helicopters will all look black.
DEFAULT has been whispered in the air for months.
The war has already started, with the ferals doing the dirty work of terrorizing the people. When the people react, for whatever reason, that 20,000 will be a force multiplier on the order of 100 to 1.
The whole plan falls apart when the 20,000 become individual targets. The other fly in the ointment is, if/when there is an economic breakdown, how do the troops get paid, and with what? What happens to their families? That’s when my tagline becomes SOP.
“20,000 troops wont go very far in a country the size of the US. I guess the idea is to have a show of force to put the fear into people thinking about starting more unrest?”
I wonder if they will send all 20,000 troops to Texas?
The government doesn’t buy bullets.
Saw a report on FOX about a week ago showing an Army base out west (maybe in California) where the government is storing some of the equipment that is being returned from the mideast or was manufactured but not needed.
They said there were 35,000 acres full of equipment and showed some shots. At 640 acres to a square, the 35,000 acres is equal to almost 55 square miles.
There are rows and rows of MRAPs, Abrams tanks, trucks, etc. I believe I heard that there are several billion dollars worth of hardware there and not needed.
The part that is heartbreaking is the report that most of the equipment in Afghanistan is being destroyed and abandoned right there because of the huge transportation costs.
And that is only
All they have to do is cut off the utilities, the people in the big cities will self destruct.
On the other hand they did shoot of 35 or 40 thousand rounds and didn't kill one bad guy, or good guy either for that matter.
C-Rations worked in WW II, and they were glad to get them.
Remember not long ago army choppers were flying over major cities with troops roping down, including here in Houston? And didn’t warn the local cops or news outlets. Just practicing for what’s to come.
And don’t think the military or local cops will be on the side of the people.
Won't happen in Texas. We've got our own grid, and we aim to keep it up and running.
Neither did we ......
These troops better be for an advisory and guidance role, because I count 400 per state. Not enough to secure a small city.
Urban centers to counter holder’s people when the collapse comes.
MRAP’s? Meals Ready...?
History teaches us that, regarding the Gibsmedats, we will have only HOURS.
1965 - Los Angeles - the arrest of a young black man in Watts incites a crowd, which spawns a riot, within one hour of the arrest;
1968 - across America - the death of Martin Luther King touches off rioting in several cities within hours of the media broadcast;
1977 - New York - the grid goes offline at 9:30PM, the looting starts around 11PM;
1992 - Miami - Hurricane Andrew's winds haven't even died down before the malls are ransacked;
1992 - Los Angeles - the verdict is announced for the Rodney King Trial, and almost immediately, the city burns;
2005 - New Orleans - the looting started even before the storm made landfall;
2011 - London - a protest over a slain gangbanger turns violent and within four hours, Greater London descends into mayhem;
2012 - Long Island, NY - in the wake of Frankenstorm, enterprising looters dressed as powerline repairmen sneak past the martial law cordon and pillage, with 24 hours of the storm;
2013 - Oakland, CA - less than fifty minutes after the verdict in the Zimmerman Trial is announced, mass demonstrations "spontaneously" erupt, but in Oakland, fires and unrest break out...
Hours, people - not days, hours.
Pentagon plans for Alien invasion exist according to military professor
Good point. Hours.
Obama wanted to destroy the middle class, looks like a success
Just picturing C-130’s dropping rolls of TP over major cities.
400 is an undersized battalion. After defections, it becomes a company.
You cannot compare WW2 to “domestic disturbance”. Will they obey and fire on citizens? You bet. Will they like it? No! If rations are all that stands between them and us, we are in a whole lot more trouble than we think.
Remember one thing, this is a fight against evil. Pure, unadulterated hate! There can only be one winner. There is no compromise. There is no place to run.
Mine resistant Armored Personnel carriers. MRAP.
Correct. However, this is a Spiritual War. Recommend you employ Spiritual Tools first.
Oh great! Total Zombie Apocalypse, and the Army thinks this would be a great time to TP my house....
Yeah, they don’t seem to do much reloading ;-)
Pull in all troops from around the world and you're looking at 3 million. However, you must station troops overseas so that eleminates a good portion for quelling the citizens. Subtract those who will refuse to play along with hussein and you're looking at probably half. At most, with perks, he could have a million trained troops. With threats and perks, he could build that back up to large numbers of Mmmmm mmmmm Trayvons. However, the Trayvons won't be easy to manage and they'll turn on each other. It won't be a walk in the park but We the People will win.
Alternatively - Mine resistant ambush protected.
6 of one ...
I think you also need to figure that a good portion of those the won't go along with it won't just sit and watch.
Big Sis let the cat out of the bag that they have something in the works.
Per our discussion yesterday about hours versus days. Different people will react fast/slower AND with differing propensity for mayhem.
It’s a different twist on normalcy bias:
a. civilised people react to disruption with “it will get fixed soon, it always has in the past”
b. the proto-ferals will react immediately with violence and mayhem because, well, that is their way.
Getting myself home from business travel and my one child still away at school home are my biggest concerns in the event of a fast-arising disruption.
Gotta plan for all reasonable contingencies.
On your CW2 cube, you might ought to find a way to insert a velocity of violence vector on the various axes.
