Basically anyone over the age of 21 who is A.) legally eligible to purchase a firearm and B.) able to come up with 20 bucks can obtain a permit to carry a concealed handgun in Pennsylvania. If you consciously choose to walk around with the means to protect yourself, I have no sympathy for you. it isn’t Mayberry out there anymore, it’s more like Walking Dead. Best to keep that in mind at all times but especially when you confront four n words on their turf.

If you go to the 2nd link, they finally say it was 4 girls, age 14-16. I can see a female talking back to a group of girls, vs “teenagers”, even though girls are just as bad these days.
