-——It’s a good answer-——

It is the consensus answer. The question certainly occurred to the Congress critters long ago. The consensus developed in the cloak rooms was not to waste the time, the effort and the resources.

The decisive battle will be waged at a place and time of the consensus choosing. To do otherwise is to lose or at best ineffectively draw.

Also, as to whether we have the rule of law, I don’t have the time to even BEGIN to tell you about the lawlessness within the entire system, that I have personally observed and suffered under. When it comes to politics and anything that can touch the powers-that-be, this country is absolutely lawless. There was a routine warrant for Obama’s arrest before he was the D candidate in 2008 and it was nixed because the guy in charge didn’t want to be demoted by the political powers-that-be. If it had been anybody but Obama he would have been arrested. If the contempt of court committed in Georgia had been committed by anybody but Obama and his lawyers the record would have been certified, sent on, and contempt charges filed. If it had been anybody but Obama’s people who threatened the media heads with FCC and FEC annihilation if they reported on Obama’s eligibility problem in October of 2008, it would have been investigated. If Breitbart’s death had not been associated with Obama, the LAPD would perhaps have followed the easy trail to find LA coroner’s tech Michael Cormier’s arsenic poisoner.

Eric Holder has done EVERYTHING according to his own political agenda. Letting the Philly Nation of Islam voter intimidators go free. Instituting the policy that blacks cannot be guilty of race crimes. Refusing to enforce existing immigration policy. Etc.

Again, I could talk a long, long time about the lawlessness. Anybody who thinks this country has the rule of law at this point is sleeping.

Gathering and presenting evidence is the purpose of a trial. As it stands right now we don’t have evidence because Obama and his minions have committed contempt of Congress. If nothing else, impeach him for that, and in the process of discovery we’ll end up with the evidence for all the other stuff.

As long as Obama can hide behind the Senate fox guarding the henhouse, we can expect nothing but destruction from the hands of this foreign enemy combatant in our White House.

Again, there is little evidence in what you say. We know he meets with certain people, but we have no idea what was REALLY said. Without that knowledge coming from firsthand witnesses, it’s speculation. It may be accurate speculation, but that’s not going to cut it for an impeachment vote in the House, and, as it stands in the Senate, I’m not even convinced hard evidence would be taken seriously anyway.

You guys want the kabuki theater to go forward regardless of any real results. That’s a waste of time and energy.

You may be correct.

I have faith though. I believe that the time and place chosen to fight the deciding battle are in the near future.

I had somebody (who went to the trouble of setting up gates and tripwires that totally fried a hacker’s computer - and who deleted his online identity within a week or two of when I typed up an affidavit about it on my own personal computer that nobody else had knowledge of...) admit to having helped in the forging of Obama’s White House forgery. But he said that it was futile to pursue because Obama is immune from prosecution and so is everybody else. He said the FBI knows they did it and will COVER FOR THEM.

I already knew that because the FBI blatantly lied to me about what they will and won’t investigate, as did the Nebraska AG’s office. The officer at the Lincoln Police Department pointed out those lies even before I could tell him I already knew they were blatant lies. My report of a crime was not pursued by the democrat-controlled Lincoln Police Department, nor was it allowed to be passed on to the Nebraska AG’s office. No reason for the break from protocol was given. You tell me what the reason was. So I reported it myself to the AG’s office. They passed it on to that great law enforcement body, the Secretary of State. God knows that the chief law enforcement body of Nebraska knows full well that the Secretary of State is supposed to prosecute crimes on behalf of the people...

Like I said, we have no rule of law. The whole system is playing us for fools.

Larry Sellin overheard one of the 2012 R primary candidates telling a questioner that nobody will touch the eligibility issue because they all know it goes WAY DEEPER than anybody wants to delve. IOW, they know it is a conspiracy involving America’s enemies but they don’t want to stir up the hornet’s nest.

Doug Hagman has testimony and written evidence that threats were made to the media heads, that if any on-air personalities reported on Obama’s eligibility problem the media company would be torn to shreds through the FCC/FEC. Hagman has traced those threats directly back to George Soros, David Axelrod, and Rahm Emanuel. Cold Case Posse commander Mike Zullo has confirmed that one of Hagman’s witnesses that we were worried about fled the country in fear for her and her child’s lives, and that there are others as well. A couple of the Hillary supporters who were close to Hillary’s campaign have said that they were threatened, and that Bill and Hillary’s plans to challenge Obama’s eligibility at the 2008 DNC Convention was foiled because those who had agreed to file a petition there (Bill Gwatney and Stephanie Tubbs) were killed one right after the other within a 2-week period right before the Convention. Phil Berg filed his lawsuit the day after Tubbs died. These Hillary supporters said they heard Bill Clinton say that he knew Obama is non-eligible, and they say that the Clintons only gave up on challenging Obama’s eligibility when they were told Chelsea would be in danger if they continued. That’s why Bill Clinton was always a passive-aggressive “support” to Obama during the election and it was reported that Bill told R’s that they had this one chance to save the country, if they defeated Obama.

Again, there is WAY, WAY more going on than the media is willing to report (because they were threatened), and there is absolutely no rule of law left in this country when it comes to the political powers-that-be.

Now that we’ve got a foreign enemy combatant in our White House violating every check and balance the nation has, and arming and supporting every enemy we’ve got while gagging and disarming every patriot we’ve got.... this is not a sustainable situation. Either we get the rule of law back PRONTO, or the enemy will have destroyed us from within before we can even get our walking boots on. We don’t have time to piddle around.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

Der Leader’s Administration is clearly lawless. Simple justice now demands that the deed be done. And since Republicans theoretically control one House of Congress, perhaps the Speaker might be persuaded to do his job and multitask.

I’m sick of kabuki theater. I want the rule of law.

Why isn’t he facing impeachment for contempt of Congress? They can just ignore subpoenas and get away scott-free? As long as they hide behind mama’s skirts they can do whatever filthy murder they want and nobody can ever reach them? Even if it is stuff that puts the nation at imminent risk, such as funneling Manpads to our sworn enemies and then lying about it just being about a video that a couple dozen people saw on Youtube?

Al Capone was brought down on tax evasion charges. How many fewer people did Capone kill than this foreign enemy combatant in our White House? And as the R Presidential candidate told Larry Sellin, they ALL know that 2008 was a coup. At what point do they realize that serious crimes call for serious action?

Also, did you not catch that I said there was way more than I have the time to say? You want me to list all the evidence? I don’t even have time to list all the CRIMES, much less the evidence for those crimes.

Congress needs to throw Lois Lerner (for IRS transgressions), a bunch of medium size fish from Fast & Furious, into a small jail cell.

Today, potential whistle blowers look around and see all the bad actors get promoted. Congress ought to with hold pay checks from those bad actors

I have no doubt what you say is true, but that lends even more credence to the futility of impeachment. Could we possibly expect such a corrupt system to be properly revealed, let alone prosecuted?

We have a plague of riches when it comes to Obama’s likely wrongdoing. There are so many things, so many major wrongs that have probably been committed, that it’s almost too much to pursue in as public a forum as an impeachment. It’s truly interesting to watch, and I’ve learned from Obama that if you break a LOT of rules, you’re far less likely to get caught than if you break a few.

Of course, it helps if you own the DOJ and the media worship you, too.

Right now that's messaging and the budget. There are no other battles that can be won at this time. Maybe after the 2014 midterms, but most definitely not now.

What budget battle are you referring to? Be more specific. So you stand against any effort to defund Obamacare? And what is the message?

Reality again: GOPe holds a lot of power in the party and a third party will take years and many election cycles to develop.

Sounds similar to the Left's arguments about oil from ANWAR. It will take more than 7 years to get the oil flowing and the amount is insignificant compared to our total usage. It is time to send the GOPe a message. We don't want to go down with the ship with them. Far better now to start planning for an alternative to the current version of the Whig Party.

Yes, there is, but it's all disparate and scattershot. A unified message can bring focus to it. Right now we don't have that, and failed impeachment hearings/votes will simply distract.

Disagree. An impeachment effort will unify the opposition and focus our message. The GOPe wants to remake and rebrand the GOP. It is divisive and will lead to lower turnout in 2014. The GOP is failing to energize and motivate its base. I predict a disaster in VA this year and a possible loss of the House in 2014.

What crimes and misdemeanors? We have no real evidence right now. We have logical arguments, but nothing hard. Look what Congress needed to impeach Clinton. Do we have anything like that with Obama?

OMG. No wonder the GOP has a problem. You can't be serious. Let's just take something that I know a great deal about, i.e., immigration. I lobby on the Hill and in Richmond on this issue and have been engaged for over seven years on trying to influence policy and legislation.

Obama has enacted his own version of the Dream Act circumventing the law and Congress. He has already legalized the status of over 400,000 Dreamers including issuing them work permits and SSNs. It is a clear violation of the law.

I know and have worked with the brilliant Kris Kobach on immigration issues. He clearly states that Obama is breaking the law. The "Dream" Order isn't legal

Here is a short video featuring Kris Kobach on the issue of Obama's breaking for federal law with his Dreamer amnesty

Backdoor Amnesty – Abusing the Constitution and Presidential Authority

There are many other issues as well. Does Obama have the authority to delay the employer mandate under Obamacare? Does OPM at the behest of Obama have the authority to allow the federal government to subsidize healthcare costs (70% of the total premium costs under the exchanges) of Congressional employees who were placed under Obamacare?

A couple of law enforcement folks I work with said all it would take to get to the bottom of the IRS targeting and harassment is for the House to seriously threaten to defund the IRS. When it’s more painful to lie than to tell the truth, the truth will out. And when it does Obama and his minions are toast.

Not gonna happen until SOMEBODY realizes that this country is nearly dead at the hands of a communist-Islamist coup that put Obama into power as a foreign enemy combatant in 2008. When somebody takes seriously their oath to protect and defend the US Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic - and actually plays ball as if the country was worth playing for keeps - THEN and ONLY THEN will we see anything but kabuki theater and piddling around with people’s lives.

So what are you saying? That we’re stuck with Hitler because he learned the secret of telling a big lie, which is the offense that nobody can defend against?

Why don’t you just tell me to roll over and die?

They can just ignore subpoenas and get away scott-free?

Yes, it's been that way for a long time. Are you really just now noticing?

Even if it is stuff that puts the nation at imminent risk, such as funneling Manpads to our sworn enemies and then lying about it just being about a video that a couple dozen people saw on Youtube?

Do you have a single serial number of a MANPAD that was funneled to the MB in Benghazi? Just one? That could lead to some hard evidence of wrongdoing.

Al Capone was brought down on tax evasion charges. How many fewer people did Capone kill than this foreign enemy combatant in our White House?

Your extreme dislike of Obama notwithstanding, there was hard evidence, there were witnesses, there were records. Right now we have disparate facts tied together with reasonable assumptions. That wouldn't hold up. It just wouldn't. That doesn't make you wrong, it doesn't make me bad, it doesn't even make every member of Congress a criminal (just most of them). It's just a fact.

Your source for Obama's forgery--is he/she willing to testify in court as to what he/she did and why and on whose order?

If we could subpoena the microfilm rolls, the paper BC, and the computer transaction logs for Obama’s BC and other vital records, we wouldn’t need witnesses. All it takes to subpoena the records that would definitively prove what happened is probable cause. We already have that. We already had that before Obama was the D candidate, and there is a witness who would be willing to testify as to how that arrest warrant was nixed because of politics.

The same thing holds true for the other issues. Our government has created fake identities for the Benghazi witnesses in order to keep a Congressional investigation from having access to them. How is that not tampering with witnesses and obstruction of justice? Once we stop the lawless obstruction of justice we will be able to get stuff like serial numbers. All we need in order to prosecute for these crimes is probable cause of witness tampering and obstruction of justice. What are we waiting for?

What have I said that indicates “extreme dislike for Obama”? My gripe has never been with Obama. My gripe has ALWAYS been the lawlessness of the system. Obama is a two-bit thug doing what two-bit thugs do. He would be impotent if we had the rule of law. We don’t, and that is what scares and angers the doo-doo out of me, because I know what lies ahead if we don’t get the rule of law.

One of my first posts on my blog, explaining why I was going public with information, talked about a soccer ball in Mexico that had a cartel rival’s face sewn onto it. It talked about “The Dark Knight” and about my daughter’s nightmares - after seeing a movie where the Taliban was inside the building, where the system itself was protecting and enabling terroristic attacks on the innocent. I said in that post that Obama’s documentation issue is not about politics at all; it is about the rule of law. And if we don’t regain the rule of law, there is no end to the lawlessness we will see. Watching all the stuff going on now, all the stuff we were called crazy for noticing, I feel partially vindicated. I told you guys a long time ago that this was coming. So did a bunch of people here at FR. But the people who need to get it and do something about it are still playing kabuki theater as if we could afford entertainment right now. Sick.

They couldn’t because nothing Hitler did was illegal. The Reichstag gave Hitler unlimited powers through the Enabling Act of 1933.

And that is what Congress, by their failure to BE A CHECK TO OBAMA’S UNLIMITED POWER GRABS AND LAWLESSNESS, is in the process of doing right now. If they don’t stop Obama through these lawful means, the only way we’re gonna get rid of Obama and his lawlessness is the same way the world got rid of Hitler. Do you think it is worth it, to save our “political capital” and get R’s elected so they can go to DC and play the same games all over again? You tell me. If we don’t have the balls to defeat the Enabling Actions of 2013, are we going to be able to justify the hell on earth it will take to undo the damage? The Middle East, China, Russia, North Korea, and US are on the edge of a knife right now; don’t tell me I’m talking nonsense about the cost. This is real, right now. And the SERIOUS players know it’s real. Russia is not about to let Obama keep feeding the Islamist beast, because Russia actually learned from Beslan.
