Report: Russia Transferred S-300 Missiles Into Syria
INN ^ | September 10, 2013

Posted on 09/10/2013 5:33:26 AM PDT by Fennie

Russia has transferred several S-300 missile batteries into Syria, Kuwaiti newspaper Al Rai reported Tuesday. The transfers took place despite statements by Russian officials, including Russian President Vladimir Putin, that Russia would not provide Syria with the advanced anti-aircraft system.

Al Rai claimed that Syria has accelerated the rate at which it ships arms into Syria since the current crisis between Russia and the US began, when chemical weapons were allegedly used to kill over 1,000 civilians, on August 21.

The information was picked up by Voice of Israel public radio, which added that Russian ships are due to offload more military aid in the next few days.

I suppose this will make the pro-Putin Freepers happy. As for me, it’s just more evidence that the man has and is stoking the fires in Syria and in the Middle East. He also profits from helping Iran, but hey, at least he’s not Obama.

If there is one solid observation coming of this mid-east fiasco, its that virtually every other leader in the world has managed to out think, out maneuver, and totally disgrace the low IQ piece of excrement currently drawing flies in the White House. He’s so dumb even other Muslims can out do him.

And what’s even more scary is that that “thing” is what liberals consider to be their best.

Scary.

With no military background, but from what I picked-up here on FR about the S-300, a full-on S-300 system wouldn’t bode well for any planes or missiles in Syrian airspace.

Their best hell! They consider him their god. Even those who claim to be Christians. If you don’t believe it, say something they to be a criticism of Obama and watch their reaction. When I did that, the guy would not have been as upset [mad] if I had taken the Lord’s name in vain.

It will also sadden the pro al-qeada types who want to get us involved as the al-qeada air force.

When you have one world leader and a community organizer going at eachother this is what you get. Obama knows nothing about foreign policy and he was backed into a corner and made to look like the loudmouthed idiot he is. Tip to Obama, if you don’t know what you are talking about,,,SHUT-THE-HE*L-UP!!!

Yep, and I suppose this will make the pro-Saudi Arabia/Al Queda group sad, less money and pilots for another 9-11.

The longer Putin stretches this out, the better Assad defenses become. I think the Ruskies announced how decent their radars were when they picked up that midnight test of two missiles last week. El Dope would have to be suicidal to attack such a well protected and small area. Maybe we have a counter for it, maybe if we do we should not deploy it here and announce it to the Ruskies.

I notice el dope is now talking quaranteen of WMDs and has moved his rhetoric away from punishing Assad for what he did (or may have done). Putin wins another round. If this were a prize fight, Obama would be taking a standing 8 count while his corner is readying the towel toss.

I don’t trust Putin for a minute, but Putin wants to protect Christian areas.

Obama wants to take the side of Muslims who beheading Christians and include some Al Queada elements.

Who’s right and who’s wrong in this conflict?

S-300 is good but not great, the serious threat is how many ya have.

If you have four missiles closing from four separate launch sites, you're in big trouble.

The S-350 is another matter, but it is not deployed in Syria, only Russia.

I’m fine with killing all of the al Qaeda terrorists. Assad came late to that fight. He was for them when they were killing Americans in Iraq. They’ve turned on him, so now he’s against them. I don’t have to support Assad to be anti-al Qaeda.

Putin: Yes, yes Mr. President, we like your Chemical materials transfer and safeguarding, good idea...

Obama: But Vlad, that was YOUR idea!

Putin: Nyet, nyet Braki, you were the genius who avoided WWIII...

Obama: (Swoon*) Oh Vlad, gosh your a darn nice guy.

Putin: (To an aid, quietly) Tell Assad the S-300’s are in the Latakiya port on our vessels and ready for transfer.

Obama: What? What's that Vlad? Did I hear S-300s? Missiles?

Putin: Nyet Baraki, I just told him that we are loading 300 Russian personnel on our ships to get out of here ASAP.

Obama: Vlad, come on, that was just a ploy, you know me, I wouldn't attack anybody...

Putin: I know Baraki, I know. Look, I have to make a few phone calls, I regret to leave you for now but I must - finish your hot cocoa...

Obama: Yes, I almost forgot, the hot cocoa, mmmmmm, slurp, mmmm...reset, reset, reset...

Putin (To aid, in Russian) Don't forget to remove the bugs from under the table after this jerk leaves the cafe.
