California is on the verge of becoming the first state to impose a full ban on hunting with lead bullets -- with environmentalists and gun-rights advocates squaring off as Gov. Jerry Brown decides whether to sign the legislation.

The state already has a ban on lead-bullet hunting in eight counties with an endangered condor population. But the new proposal, overwhelmingly approved this month by the Democrat-controlled General Assembly, would impose a statewide ban on all hunting.

Let me say this again; The 2nd amendment and democrat majorities are incompatible. Short of some help from SCOTUS, which probably isn’t coming, Californians WILL lose most or all their 2a rights. Democrats are increasing in total numbers.

One could try, since in Colorado, the two (2) districts where the liberal socialist were recalled, were democratic strong districts by 53% over GOP, but, were able to recall the district representative because she (Giron) failed to listen to the people before voting to adopt strict gun control legislation.

I can't believe that [every] Californian is soooo leftist that the people would sit by and allow the socialist to take the entire State of California over the cliff, but, I may be wrong. What would the American people loose if at least they tried? Look at the many petitions the California people placed on the ballots, only to pass by big margins and the leftist then sought a socialist judge to over turn the will of the people, but, the ballot proposals at least did win when the people were allowed to voice their opinions with their right to vote.
