if obama can decide which parts of the law are implemented and which aren’t, a citizen can decide which parts of the law to ignore.

...flip the usual government shutdown narrative on its head by putting a years worth of government funding on the table and daring the Democrats to shut down the government to protect ObamaCare... The real story!
Dems and the "news" media will spin, spin, spin that it's the Repubs shutting down the gub'mint, when in reality it will be the Zero King if he doesn't sign the bill. The "news" media, of course, will spin it as the Repubs sent him a bill he couldn't sign.

Whatever, Jim...throw sand in the gears...defund, do everything legally possible to stop this disgusting, vile law from taking away more freedom.
The thing has already destroyed job creation, I am sure it will do be even more disastrous for health care.

“... pour gallons of red ink down the Obamacare hole”, and gallons of black ink will be poured out in the media against our guys fighting socialism/Marxism.
Fight this, we must, exhausted or not.

As Ted Cruz has said, “Lets see if Obama is willing to shut down the government to fund Obamacare.”

This is good political strategy. We need to bury the Democratic Party, but in a slow, gentle way. Nobody wants a revolution, but after we take over Congress and we get the economy going in 2015 we can hold it for decades.

Why not go for the entire enchilada and abolish some departments, agencies, and commissions while he’s at it?

At least....this will out the GOP members who are ObamaCare supporters. If this is not taken up to vote...then all GOP leadership supports ObamaCare

Even if the entire congress voted for this, Obama would veto it. Then hopefully enough of them would have enough stomach to over ride the stinking veto.

Graves and his 42 co-sponsors are hoping to flip the usual government shutdown narrative on its head by putting a years worth of government funding on the table and daring the Democrats to shut down the government to protect ObamaCare, which hasnt been looking any more popular in the latest round of polls. Amen to this!

I’ve thought about this some more. I still think the chances of this getting through are slim. But that said I do think its a more clever approach than many. Truth be told if we were to give up the sequester in exchange for a 2 year moratorium it would probably be a fair deal.
Sure. I’ll make the call. It’ll take me all of 2 minutes. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

The gigantic federal government is now funded by an endless string of emergency spending resolutions, a stack of fiscal Band-Aids high enough to reach the Moon.
THIS needs to stop, and Congress has a responsibility to pass the 12 or 13 appropriations bills that are on their charter of annual actions. The District of Corruption needs to be burned to the ground (figuratively) and start all over again.
