Rep. Peter King, who has pulled no punches in criticizing Ted Cruz, said Thursday that supporters of the Texas senator have been bombarding his office with “vile” phone calls.

.....

“I’m not saying Ted Cruz is responsible for all his supporters, but he has tapped into a dark strain here in the American political psyche here, and again, the most obscene, profane stuff you can imagine all from people who say they support the Constitution,” King said. “I think what we have to do is reach out to his people and let them know that they’re following a false leader here.”

Yes, Peter...the mood out here in real America IS ‘dark’...you’d better get used to it if you think you can still hold onto your second-tier power and get away with the same old appeasing sh!t.

It’s gonna get much darker and more vile. We will decimate you and your appeasing party if you persist.

Note to Peter: You are a "representative."

That means you represent your constituents' interests, not your own.

A foreign concept, I know.

Psssst! Hey. Pete. How do you know those phone calls aren't from Obama supporters pretending to be Cruz supporters?

I hope and pray that this episode re-invigorates patriotic Americans and rallies them to the Tea Parties across the country and we can primary every one of these no good, backstabbing RINO crum bums!

Peter King’s vile attacks on Cruz obviously have prompted a like response from Cruz supporters. King should get out of the kitchen if he can’t stand the heat.

Peter King should concentrate on telling the American people that THEY have a false leader.

Emotions tend to run high when God-fearing Americans are deprived of liberty by means of spineless, trough-grazing a-holes from NY. What, Mr. King? Do you really have virgin ears?

Peter King is contemptible. This sorry excuse for a human epitomizes everything that is wrong with the Republican party and Washington.

You know what’s vile? Supporting terrorists, like King used to proudly do back in the day.

Cruz has done more in 24 hours to bring pressure to bear on Washington, DC than all of the pundits ever have.

They’re all so used to getting “oh, wonderful job, Congressman” phone calls and emails.

I hope he gets so upset that he retires!

I just read that article.

First off, one commenter summed it up well, the Representative or Senator should follow the wants and needs of their constituency, in Tx or NY, where ever. That is their job and sure, there might be exceptions in matters but as a general rule.

2nd, as has happened so often, the SCOTUS tossed a big monkey wrench in this with their farcical decision on Obamacare which makes any reasonable response per Cruz, Tea Party, Conservatives worth consideration.
