Just heard on the radio that the WH may be directly responsible for the closing and barricading of the open air National Monuments. Inquiries to the Dept of the Interior, etc, were intentionally vague.
Shouldn’t McConnell be over at the Mall helping to explain why Zer0 has to “Tear This Wall Down!”?

since the msm will vilify the gop no matter what, I still can’t figure out why they would worry about how they are potrayed.

That's a great idea, and you point out one of the Republicans' biggest weaknesses--they don't take advantage of good PR to advance their agenda.
They should be on EVERY camera and on EVERY network. They need to explain...in detail...why they are doing what they are doing and how the Obama administration is violating the law by giving out exemptions and changing the time-lines.
And they have also backed themselves into a corner: They can't fold now because it will be the dems who are pointing out that all of this was for nothing.
They are not making the case to the American people. They aren't out there saying that they are just doing what the American people want because most hate this law. They also need to be out there describing to EVERYONE...and addressing Harry Reid...about the Tea Party...and explain that they do not want NO government...but they want LIMITED FEDERAL government (WHICH IS A CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT) and more responsibility at the state and local level. They need to make it clear that the only true anarchists out there are OWS...and that the true anarchists are lefties.
