That would be impeachable but who would actually do that? You do have some in the Republican majority that might try that but too many “politically correct” folks would vote against it just because he is black! So where do you go from there - a real problem with our politically correct society now...geez!
So, we continue to let our so called President do as he wishes, disobey the laws passed by Congress and do whatever he wants. I do believe that is called a dictatorship if not mistaken.
Oh, and it’s time for Veterans and other citizens to stand up and fight. If the Congress and President are going to disregard the law, then it is time for us to do so also!
Not sure why several million folks that ignore the shutdown crap imposed by this President can’t be stopped...just do it!

Under the fourteenth amendment, any Bill passed by Boehner to this affect would be absolutely brilliant. Neither the president or the democrats could oppose it without being in violation of the amendment. It would take the 14th away from Obama as a tactic and remove social security (as a pension payment) from the democrats arsenal. They would no longer be able to scare grandma.
If he doesn’t do this MONDAY - and make a gigantic public scene about it - he’s a fool.

Nobody can declare Republicans or the Tea Party “in rebellion.” That’s ludicrous.
If you *just* look at the count, there are far more *elected officials* who WANT to defund Obamacare in the federal government. A small majority in the senate and the president don’t. They are the minority when all elected officials are considered.

0bama is making his move - he wants to consolidate power to the executive.
This is it.
If I were him ... well, a lot of things would be different but... At this point he had better have his staff preparing impeachment proceedings. With obama's track record of ignoring the Constitution and breaking the law (or directing others in his administration to do so) it is long past time to force a confrontation with him.
As long as the Republicans stand firm they cannot lose. Keep sending limited spending bills to the Senate. Keep making the Democrats keep things shut down. They will own every bit of pain they are needlessly inflicting. If/when the 'rats relent we win, and obama is a lame duck President from that moment on, and obamacare is dead. I think obama knows this and he will go for broke on this. If he pushes, he could very well find himself facing (much deserved and overdue) impeachment proceedings. Personally I'd like to see the little {expletive} in a prison orange jumpsuit the rest of his life.
But this is it. This is the fight of his Presidency. He loses this, he is done. The Republicans must stand firm and win else America is done. Sold out to the likes of obama.
Boner can’t allow it to occur. Immediately file suit in the Supreme Court. It’s already in the Constitution, no additional laws are needed to be passed. Get the damn court involved on an emergency constitutional crisis situation. screw delay.
