From the article at the UK paper it appears to be about kidney donors. That’s not as evil, obviously, as taking an entire vital organ. Ethical issues could be debated either way. Who has the right to choose to give? But when it happens in a society that is not free, it becomes, as is described here, a kind of slavery.
