I have held "Executive" management positions...

I take the position that I bring solutions to the bossman not problems. Problems that I bring to the bossman are ones that require solutions beyond my reach. At the level of Secretary of HHS with such a monumental roll out, jail is hardly good enough for her. 3 years and hundreds of millions of dollars?
