According to Alliance Defending Freedom, the Obama HHS mandate is currently losing 32-5 in federal courts from all of the lawsuits ADF and other pro-life legal groups have brought.

“The Obama administration’s abortion pill mandate forces employers, regardless of their religious or moral convictions, to provide insurance coverage for abortion-inducing drugs, sterilization, and contraception under threat of heavy penalties by the Internal Revenue Service and other federal agencies if the mandate’s requirements aren’t met,” ADF says.

Below is a rundown of some of the victories, click the links for more details about the particular case.

The O-ministration will eventually wind up in a higher court and cite the 5 wins as precedent. It’s the Alinsky way.

It won’t matter how many times courts rule against it, those things only apply when they win.

The Dread Pirate Roberts will declare it regulation, not a mandate, and therefore the mandate, er . . . regulation stands.

Yes, this is good news. Better news would be that Sibelius is found guilty to being an accessory to murder. When the revolution comes, people will be tried for their crimes against humanity.

She will be, at least in history. It will not be kind to unreformed abortionists. This law will not always be accepted. It’s bizarre and ultimately cruel. It’s against natural law and, by standards of murder, leagues worse than slavery and even the Nazis.

Amazing how such incompetant tyrants arise from such commonplace locations, like Topeka.

I guess these idiots are everywhere, along with plenty of idiots to elect them to positions of power.

I believe a lot of happens due to the “my party right or wrong” attitude. I’ve seen it in Pennsylvania. The Democrat is simply the family party for some people. Their grampa was a Democrat, their daddy was a Democrat, so they’re a Democrat. When the party lurches left, they lurch left with it, out of party loyalty. They just rationalize whatever changes in the platform the party makes one way or another. It’s sad. These people have no capacity for independent thought.
