Young people have bailed on Obama. Why that matters a lot.

One of President Obama's chief political assets has been his ability to excite young people like almost no politician in history. But the days of America's youth fawning over the president are over.

A new Harvard University Institute of Politics poll released Wednesday confirms what other surveys have shown in recent months: Millennials have soured on Obama so much this year that their opinion of him largely mirrors the American public's.

just pointing out the fact that our country is quickly changing and our republic is dying and nothing this administration does to get their agenda thru should surprise us.

Agree. Have you by any chance seen Jonathan Turley's article today?

Here's my question to the entire forum: Since Obama as President of the United States repeatedly breaks our laws and violates our Constitution, why should the rest of us obey the laws or the Constitution?

That is the danger Obama poses to this country. Eventually people are going to figure it out and simply say "screw it."

That's when all hell's going to break loose, IMO.

The reason the NFL ad was pulled is not so much the gun logo, but the “promise land” message for the soldier with family that it established.

We are at a cultural war between those of the promised land and the gay wanderers of the desert slated to die off who fight for specious empty “rights” like good little commi stupid animal prostitutes. These little commi prostitutes are a vector in the thuggery and admiration of anticonstitutional promises and other make believe schemes.

Sounds like vindictiveness which is always ineffective with adolescents

Oh, don’t worry about them missing the ten years of mizzerble suffering. Especially the wones who haven’t gotten their dream jobs making big bucks as social engineering geniuses. It’s the lack of dream jobs that is the bottom line in the Kenyan’s sliding support-—that and the bursting cost of invisible health care. And they’re starting to get the word on the deathcare mandate and already 57% of them don’t like that either. For a bunch that supposedly are in touch with the world instantly via their maxipads they are still a slow learning bunch——buttt they’re learning——and Mannn, it’s haaaarrrddd.

But, lately I have been shooting holes in her perception of the world and her perception of Obama. Recently, I broke down to her how exactly Obamacare would work and how it would strip us of our health insurance, lead to higher premiums and cause the government to make all of our health decisions. At the end of our talk she looked at me and said, "Obama is a f***ing idiot!" If she can stop her love of Obama then many millennials like her will, especially when they have to foot the bill for this monstrosity.

It's going to take a lot of people like yourself, educating others to turn the tide. Obamacare itself, over the next 3 years, will damage the liberal philosophy, but the sooner we educate others, the sooner liberals get thrrown out of government.

Personally, I'v been trying to educate people on the evils of the democrats, and over 5 years for t he evils of Obama himself. I was starting to give up trying to be the voice of reason. You post helps reinvigorate my faith that all is not lost. Thanks...(from a 53 year old)

That would be my take. Much farmland and all the oil and natural gas needed to farm it.

“Sounds more like many of them have finally graduate from college and don’t like living in dad and mom’s basement.”

I wondered how long it would take this generation to tire of seeing endless products hawked on TV that they can’t buy with their low-wage jobs. The young Obama voters of 2008 are probably the most bitter people in the world.

“I still want them to suffer ten more years for their stupidity. “

Correct. I have no sympathy for those Freepers who forgive liberals for what they did to the country...twice. Keep the hatred burning for they won’t have any mercy on us either.

There is still hope out there. They overreached with Obamacare and now they’ll reap the whirlwhind.
