I think that’s the funniest post I’ve ever read on FR. I couldn’t breathe for the longest time. Tried to tell my wife what I was laughing at, and she couldn’t understand a word I was saying.

I was in an Emergency Room once. They had a teenage boy there who had superglued his finger to his eyeball. Apparently he had a drop of the glue on his finger when his eye started itching.
They said they had once had a woman with a pay phone handset glued to her ear and mouth.

You are much braver than I. If I had been a witness to that conversation I would have ran out of the room with my fingers plugging my ears.
That's not too bad, a little goes a long way, but I'd call around at some local "Hobby" stores to check local prices. Stores that sell plastic models of cars and airplanes may have the stuff at a better price.

I clicked your link. That’s the way my g/daughters account is set up. Not so mine. When I log on, it shows articles posted, in the order in which they are posted, not the latest replies that have “bumped” an article to the top.
When I click on to F.R. it goes directly to “news/activism” also, not to “everything”
That partially explains it. I do not go to the "F.R. Home Page" when I click on to F.R. I stay logged in until I clear my history with a cookie dump. I created a short cut icon on my desk top that opens directly to "News/activism", where the "Latest Articles" appear, minus "chat", "religion forum, etc. If I decide to go to one of those forums, they are listed on the right side of the page.
I went to the "home page" after your latest reply to me and saw what you are talking about. I prefer going to the articles, rather than the posts on articles, where I can see the articles, starting with the most recent article posted and if I want to, I can just click on the article and see all the replies.
I almost never go to the FR homepage or the Latest Posts pages either. I was just explaining what “bump” and “bttt” mean.

There was a local Atlanta news report on this yesterday with an extended interview with the ‘victim’ her brother-in-law and another female relative.
I was not impressed to say the least. If one wanted to see the stereotype Northerners have of Southerners, this was it.
This woman, Illyana something, was very much tattooed, had no teeth that anyone could see, and while the story was very much ‘bleeding heart’ and ‘this poor woman’, I just could not help from coming to the conclusion a lawsuit and disability was on the way.
