“(Of course, the fact that the local police didn’t have enough evidence to bring charges against George Zimmerman didn’t stop the state attorney general from forcing the issue)...”

My understanding is that Governor Rick Scott asked AG Pam Bondi to recommend a prosecutor and that was the extent of Pam Bondi’s involvement. (I don’t even know if he went with her recommendation. But the woman chosen went overboard to the point of damaging the legal process. I know I’ll never trust it again.)

I’m disappointed that Governor Scot caved to political pressure and allowed the prosecution of George Zimmerman. Then again, I’m not sure that he could have stopped it as it had turned into a lynch mob. All politicians tend to do what is good for them and the little people be damned.

He thought he heard Al Sharpton report it on MSNBC. It’s not his fault he has to get all his briefings from that idiot.

Actually he has probably been indicted by the secret court and this is an improper disclosure of grand jury info.

Some people assume that Pam Bondi, being a lawyer, prosecutor and AG, has a brain of her own and is not a robot. Probably a faulty assumption.

The world’s most brilliant Harvard lawyer </s> doesn’t know the difference between a complaint and an indictment - something even a legal secretary knows.

Obama is stupid and can't be held to the same standard as intelligent people. And to think otherwise is RACIST!

They were trying to bait Snowden back into the country with a promise of amnesty this week, so this just demonstrates that they were lying and were going to arrest him the moment he was within reach.

He’s under secret court indictment. The trial in abstencia may already be underway or even over and the death sentence signed by The Great ObamaNation.

Re: Obama said Snowden has been indicted

If Obama the All Mighty said it, so it shall be written... So it shall be done.

If I wasn't so tied up on this ObamaCare website... we'd see about that!

President Obama said at a press conference Friday that National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden “is under indictment.”

Hmmmmmmmmm, so where exactly IS Snowden and who told us so?

Mispsoke means Snowden is really under indictment. When Obama speaks the truth, he is lying, just like he is when he is really lying.

This guy has a law degree?

This guy is Commander in Chief of the United States?

How can mistakes like this be carelessly uttered by someone who is supposed to be on top of of national security?

OK, he must still be using mind altering drugs. No other way to explain it.
