National Review is made up of squishy, soft men of late in the editorial realm. Well, the last time I noticed, but that was at least eight years ago.
Steyn is Awesome....I, for one, would never deign to pee in his Wheaties. They did and he is awesome. Writing like that makes me think he has some Shakespeare in his blood. Hope he hosts Rush until the Rushbo comes off his vacation with Odumbo.

You don’t see many folks calling out their editors by name as puerile supporters, likely to melt away in the crunch, these days.
Steyn saw enough of the ham=handed tactics of the left in Canada when he was sued for ‘hate speech’ to last a lifetime.

I’d like Phil to sit down and share the Gospel with them. And if they reject the message, for Phil to fall on his knees and cry out to God them to be delivered, while wearing sackcloth and ashes. In fact, I would show up with him wearing sackcloth and ashes. And i would bring my guitar and sing praise song to the Lord in the background.
I didn’t read the comment, but I’m glad Steyn punched back twice as hard. Everybody hates that Steorts guy, I don’t know what he’s even doing at that publication. I haven’t read one thing by him that was even vaguely conservative.
People complain about Mike Potemra (I think I spelled that right, also the other guy’s name) but he’s much better. And he actually posts on the weekend, but not this weekend.
