We the people can nullify the unconstitutional ObamaCare ourselves!! Refuse to submit to tyranny!!

Posted on 01/02/2014 10:50:33 AM PST by Jim Robinson

We the people can nullify Obama’s unconstitutional communist POS by simply refusing to submit. If the majority of the people don’t sign up for it, it dies on the vine. In fact it wouldn’t take anywhere close to a majority. Twenty to thirty percent ought to do it.

It's not going to work anyway. Socialism never works. We need to kill if it we want to save our constitutional republic!

No surrender, no retreat!!

Do not sign away your freedom!!

Do not submit to the godless leftist wannabe dictators!!

We are the resistance!!

What is being ignored is how many people just got on free medicare Medicaid vs those actually purchasing plans thru Obamacare.

In Maryland, 30,000 signed up for free medicare Medicaid vs 4,000 who got a private plan.

Careful here ic. There is a hugh difference between Medcaid and Medicare.

Medicare is NOT free. You're paying for Medicare everytime you get a paycheck. And I did too, all my working life.

Of course Medicaid is not a free program, either. It's primarily for low income people, but it's funded via federal income taxes, not something deducted directly from your paycheck as Medicare is.

well, here is the BRIT tabloid press reporting the stories you wont hear in the Washington Post, about Obama voters now being turned away from hospitals if they can’t pay CASH

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2532869/They-no-idea-insurance-active-not-At-Virginia-hospitals-Obamacare-confusion-reigns-frustrated-patients-walk-out.html

Undoubtedly some good will come out this with some ER moochers not getting “free” routine care..., but almost surely some other folks will die while obama golfs

Note the story about the low info voter who went to the ER with a cough

claims she signed up for an obamacare plan last week and couldn’t prove to the hospital she was covered - so walked out rather than pay $500 for a chest x-ray.

Turns out her $450 a month bronze plan has a $5500 deductible so even if she is covered, welcome to obamacare and and don’t forget to pay the lady

"The IRS can “tax” me for not signing up for Obamacare (thanks to Justice Roberts, but they can’t force me to sign up (at least at this point in time), so I will not. I will work out cash payments with my doctors."

Judge Roberts cannot change the wording of the law that passed. The congressional law says it is a fine.

Jim, we here in South Carolina are working very hard to nullify Obamacare. I understand our effort is being noticed by other states. Here’s some news about what we’re doing:

And many, many more.

LET’S ROLL!!

“It's primarily for low income people,...”

Not any more. Obama lifted the amount you can earn so millions more could sign up. The estate clause is still there, that when you die, the govn. takes your house for repayment of what they paid for your healthcare. If you have a spouse still in the house, they wait until that person dies to take the house.

There you go again. Preaching about how All Powerful the federal government is, and how weak and defenseless the people are.

Why do you continually try to convince us of this?

Notice how posters go away when you actually talk openly about fighting.

Remember, that in the (first) American Revolution, only 3% of the able bodied ever lifted a rifle and fired upon the British, while only about a third of the people fully supported independence.

I don't think things have changed that much since the 1770s, but I will say that I believe better than 10% would stand and fight today.

I try to keep all that in mind when discussing this subject online.

All experience hath shewn Windflier.

Despite how heavily armed many Americans are - without the will to pull the trigger when tyranny comes to impose it's demands, we might as well be defenseless considering how weak gun owners in CT have demonstrated themselves to be this week, and I submit most will absolutely refuse to accept what is happening to them and rationalize the erasure of their rights.

Plus I doubt most armchair Generals of an upcoming 'revolt' have actually sat down and considered what the cost and what the consequences are going to be to defy this tyranny that most of this people are actually accustomed and even prefer.

In addition, I seek to convince this people of the absolute evil, subjugation and eventual extermination we face at the hands of the ruling class now in power over us. History teaches us what this same ideology does to their ideological enemies. Too many have already underestimated this enemy and too many are infected with a fatal case of Normalcy Bias.

If you do not think they have the power, you are not paying attention to how much power this people have allowed them to have without consequence, and how readily we have permitted ourselves to be demonized by those with designs evincing our absolute subjugation.

If we underestimate this enemy ruling us - we have already lost any attempt to creatively resist it. And resist it we must.

They are powerful because We The People have surrendered our God and His Power and Protection to the hedonists in our culture. We did not stand against evil when we had the chance to prevent our culture from devolving into a Collectivist nightmare.

I know some folks in one large company in my town had their healthcare changed. Company moved people that were in a lower cost plan into the higher cost version of that plan (example united healthcare (cheaper) vs united healthcare choice plus (more expensive)).

Fortunately for some folks, they were already in united healthcare choice plus so it didn’t matter.
