We may be entering President Obama’s sixth year as president, but there is still a swath of the population that believes he is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and a large portion of the U.S. House of Representatives that believes it could impeach Obama on those and other grounds.
While the Democratic-led U.S. Senate stands ready to foil any impeachment attempt, Lord Christopher Monckton has a foolproof plan to lock up not only Obama but any public official who believes Obama is qualified for the presidency.
Step 1: “Stop being panty-waists,” writes the World Net Daily columnist and adviser to former British prime minister Margaret Thatcher. In other words, members of Congress should quit fretting about what the left will say about them and band together to move forward with a congressional inquiry “into the self-evidently bogus ‘birth certificate’ that festers to this day on the white house website.”
Step 2: Call the attorney general of Hawaii, the head of the Secret Service, and the head of the FBI, and “ask them why they did not act when they were telephoned and written to by concerned U.S. citizens.”
Step 3 : The “GOP caucus should get its wobbly bottom down to Phoenix and get itself up to speed on the investigation,” led by Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
Step 4: Draft a bill to remove every statute signed by Obama because they are all invalid. Step 5: Don’t expect Obama to be arrested while he’s still in office, but as soon as his term ends, “various agencies will belatedly scramble to start doing the job they should be doing now, in the vain hope of evading prosecution for acting as accessories after the fact of forgery.”

I recall the first time I read it, the response was overwhelming. It’s a great line, and works very well. You know yourself that comments you’ve made that have deserved accolades only get seen by a small percentage. It’s the people who plagiarize a comment they’ve seen at the site a post links to and attribute it as their own, who need to be called out on.
I’m the author of that one and I try not to plagiarize comments with attribution.

The Founding Fathers did not intend for the U.S. Constitution to be used thwart the majority will of the People even if they choose an ineligible person to be POTUS. The U.S. Constitution is used to protect the States from the Government. The Bill of Rights is used by the individual to protect themselves from unconstitutional laws, rules, and regulations.
So, an individual cannot object to the Attorney General and demand an investigation of an ineligible President on behalf of the People. The People have chosen an ineligible President and those that object can only object on behalf of themselves.
For example, a citizen involved with an FOIA dispute with an Executive Branch agency can file a civil suit against the agency and the appointed executive of that agency in the United States District Court. At some point, the plaintiff must explicitly state in a pleading with the Court:
1) Plaintiff objects to all laws, regulations, and rules of an ineligible President.
2) President Barack Hussein Obama II was inaugurated in January, 2009 and January 2013 and assumed the Office of the President of the United States.
3) President Obama is not eligible to be President of the United States because he has not maintained and currently is not a natural born citizen of the United States.
4) Regardless of where President Obama was born, he is ineligible because he naturalized as a U.S. Citizen in 1983.
5) Naturalized citizens of the U.S. are not eligible to be President.
6) Plaintiff moves this Court to exempt Plaintiff from all laws, rules, regulations and appointments of the ineligible President Obama under the De Facto Officer Doctrine.
Natural born means ozero had to be born in the US or a US territory of citizen parents.
Was his mother of an age and time limit in the US to be able to bestow citizenship on her son?

I think any attempts at impeachment should avoid his citizenship.
If Dunham whelped him, he’s a natural born citizen regardless of where it happened or who sired his birth.
There are SOOOOOOOO many more REAL Constitutional issues they need to address in his upcoming treason trial. If the GOP gets caught up in this nonsense they will be as successful as they were in trying to impeach the great stain-maker (God Bless you Bob Grant) on the basis of his sexual exploits instead of the security breeches he generated with the Red Chinese.
I will guarantee this that upon swearing in of the New President in 2017 regardless of party OBAMA will be giving complete immunity a blanket pardon if you will

Yes, absolutely. Why waste precious political capital on a small sideshow issue that doesn’t seem to have the smoking gun veracity that it’s fake, versus the clearly delineated impeachable acts that are irrefutably unshaken.
It is politically feasible to have a Republican as our next president, circumstances of which would render your guarantee less than iron clad.

It’s a great misunderstanding evidence must be presented with a complaint in Federal Court. As a matter of fact, the Court ignores evidence submitted with a complaint because the chain of custody is suspect.
Any evidence of Obama’s ineligibility can only be obtained through a subpoena after the Court grants Discovery. Evidence posted on the internet will only be used by Obots and ConcernedFreepers to discredit a rebuttal witness if Obama and his supporters deny his naturalization files do not exist.
