Bosses are more likely than workers to identify as Republican and conservative, according to analysis released by Pew Research Thursday.

Pew Research surveyed 2,002 adults from Oct. 7-27 and found that bosses are more likely to identify as members of the Republican Party, with 53 percent of bosses saying “they are Republican or lean to the GOP.” Just over a third (34 percent) of bosses identify as members of the Democratic Party, while most workers (44 percent) identify as Democrats.

Roughly four out of 10 or 43 percent of bosses (and 37 percent of workers) identify as conservatives, while 34 percent of the bosses identified as moderates (and 33 percent of workers). The smallest group was those who call themselves liberal: 17 percent of bosses and 21 percent of workers. …

Funny. In my line work they’re 90% libtards. Most of them hit the trifecta: faggots, Dumocraps and Bush haters.

Love the pejorative term ‘bosses’ instead of ‘manager’ or ‘employer’.

I guess they thought the word ‘Overseer’ was too obvious, so ‘Bosses’ will do for now.

RE :”In my line work they’re 90% libtards. Most of them hit the trifecta: faggots, Dumocraps and Bush haters”

There is a grand irony here.

Back in the 2000s the media conservatives like Levin and Rush did everything they could to defend GWBush, but now they cite his record as terrible and something we must avoid at nearly all costs.

But on the lib/progressive side for years up until recently they trashed GWB blaming him for nearly every problem in this country,
and now they praise him and most don't even use his name anymore when blaming Obama's endless recession on the 2008 /2009 economic crash.

I just cant turn on and off like a light bulb like the two sides do.

RE :”Love the pejorative term ‘bosses’ instead of ‘manager’ or ‘employer”

Isn't there a law they could pass that takes part of my bosses paycheck and gives it to me?

He really is a jerk.

Amnesty yes, Medicare part whatever no.

Recall that the amnesty opposition was after Bush was safely elected 2006 and 2007, the second medicare was before he was reelected.

I know for a fact that Levin complained about it (medicare handout) a little, but no way did either of them take a stand.

The reason why Rush and Levin didn’t take a real stand against GWB Medicare deficit expansion is because it was a key part of his winning Florida in 2004 and getting GWB re-elected,
and that was their priority.

Sure now they trash it and him associated with it regularly. But it was passed ~ 10 years ago. Its a bit late.

As I always post, they count on us having no memory.

The author should make up his mind.
Are they Republicans, or are they Conservatives?

The two are no longer congruent.

To end this disparity poll sole proprietors and small S corp. owners.

I also. I remember Rush telling his listeners on several occasions that GWB never told us he was a conservative.

The conservative electorate wishfully projected that attribute on him, and September 11, 2001 and its aftermath mostly obscured GWB’s leanings.

Except of course when he and McCain and a host of RINOs tried to push Amnesty off on us, resulting in tremendous backlash.

My last two bosses have been conservative hating atheist (one more vocal than the other) drunks. They both were the meanest, stingiest, women haters I have ever worked for.

It would probably be more accurate to say “Bosses more likely to be Republican THAN conservative”

I recall that amnesty was a Bush goal from when he was elected, however it was not major issue untill after 2006. The prior times Bush sent that request to the congress the House leadership told him they would get right on it, then let the bill die in committee. After 2006 with Dems in charge, there was a real chance of it passing, and Dems wanted the issue to beat Republicans over the head and say to anyone who would listen "Republicans are anti-immigrant".

GW Bush called himself a “compassionate conservative”, so he did call himself a conservative
