Pennsylvania voter ID law struck down
The Hill ^ | January 16, 2014

Pennsylvania’s voter ID law, among the nation’s most stringent, was struck down Friday morning by a state judge.

Commonwealth Court Judge Bernard L. McGinley ruled that the law, requiring almost all voters to present photo identification prior to voting, was an unreasonable burden on voters.

PA is supposed to be a “swing state” but the last time we went red in a presidential election was 1988.

Apparently the fraudsters are intent on making sure 1988 is the last time that ever happens!!!

The level of fraud in 2012 was unbelievable - 5 percent is well within the margin of cheating now. It’s no longer about creating extra votes for the left - they now flip our votes with rigged machines! It’s the new normal now and Romney who spend loads of money here and expected to win PA never had the balls to challenge the fraud.

Republican poll worker on election day even told me that Romney’s internals had him winning the state.

So with a Republican Governor and Republican Secretary of State, there is more than 5% illegal votes?

We may as well all give up and stop wasting our time...

I remember how I broke down crying and shaking when they asked me for photo id to cash a check. I ran out and never went back. It still haunts me today. The nightmares...

All it would take is for 3% of the Romney votes to be flipped by rigged machines to Obama.

Until they get rid of electronic voting machines and we start winning presidential elections I’ll never trust the system again.

Obama was our worst president in history even in his first term and would’ve lost by a landslide just like Carter if the election was on the up and up.

Patriots in Pennsylvania need to start a movement to impeach the SoS (assuming state law allows for it). That is totally depressing news.

in Washington state here, you have to show your drivers id to turn in scrap metal....I had a circuit board and a few other little things and it amounted to just over $5....yet I had to give them my license, and my car type and car license number....yet people can just come up and vote mulititude times...

I like that idea.

Might not cut fraud on the first year, but should then work for future elections.

Hell, I won’t believe any results from states that use electronic machines and there are a lot of them now.

PA used to use lever machines until 2006. Not only were they less susceptible to fraud but they were more fun.

With electronic machines you just push a couple buttons and you’re done without even any paper trail left behind or any way to know someone isn’t tampering with the results after your gone.

What’s needed of course is paper ballots because those are the most fraud-proof. So the country is going in the wrong direction.

Just compare how the US does elections to most other countries. Many others would laugh at our procedures - electronic machines, no ID needed, lots of absentee early balloting, no security guards.

Maybe Governor Corbett should just do like Obama does then:

Pass an Executive Order to MAKE it so... I mean, if the President can ignore the US Constitution, US laws, the US Congress, and bypass them all to get his way, then the Governor of EVERY STATE should the same damn thing.

I mean, since we’re not a nation of laws any more, why not just go for it, Governor?

75% or more the state WILL back you up.

This is the time to push back.

In Pennsylvania, can you recall a judge? If so, as Mr. Roger’s would say, ‘Hey kids, how do you spell RECALL?”

Americans lack the ability to elect a two-thirds majority in both houses; I don’t think it is even mathematically possible.

I don’t know. I live in Alabama. In PA just appeal to the next level and the next level.

“And it will not stop until we tell the judges to shove it up their Obamaholes. And back it up with force.”

I’ve thought about that. The black-robed tyrants precipitated the first Civil War with their stupid Dred Scott decision. More than 600,000 Americans died correcting that decision, and the black-robed a’holes escaped the consequences.

Fast forward to 2014, the black-robed fascists are betting the ranch that nothing will happen to them if a few million Americans die in a second civil war. Then again, these Nazi judges haven’t considered that we have more lampposts to hang judges than we did in 1867.

Based on the feedback I've gotten, the best that patriots can do to establish a 2/3 conservative majority in the Senate in the next election cycle will fall only one vote short of what is needed to establish the 2/3. So I say that patriots should aim their sights for 2/3 control in the Senate, the RINO-controlled HoR also, and simply not give up the fight.
