You have nothing to apologize for there. He was a dope fiend. I feel sorry for his wife and kids.
I certainly don’t have anything against those in the acting field, as I’ve met many (albeit old-timers) who were really fine people. On the other hand, those so self-absorbed and self-indulgent to bring about their own filthy dope-addled demise... yeah, my well of sympathy runs pretty darned dry.

Why are praying for a mother with cancer and praying for a dead actor mutually exclusive? Was PSH not one of God’s children?
