With Anger Building, Boehner Puts The Brakes On Amnesty

In an abrupt switch from his months of work to bring immigration reform back from life support, Speaker John Boehner told reporters today that the issue cannot move forward until President Obama proves he can be a trustworthy partner to implement the law as written.

“There's widespread doubt about whether this administration can be trusted to enforce our laws. And it's going to be difficult to move any immigration legislation until that changes,” Boehner said.

The change in tack comes after rank-and-file members pushed hard against action on the issue this year when immigration “principles” were unveiled at a retreat last week and top immigration hawks had begun to discuss how they could thwart Boehner in his march to bring the issue to the floor….

One of these days soon he’ll have a press conference and announce that he and Obama shook hands in agreement on it. Both of them are one and the same in mindset and neither has the slightest remorse about whatever consequences befall the nation and citizens because of their treachery.

Well, Obama being treacherous has a silver lining.

Boehner is right. Obama could turn something that at least the GOPe could swallow, into a nightmare.

A good reminder why Congress would best earn its keep right now, just sitting on its hands as much as possible.

Well, when the government fears the people, there is liberty...

And yes. Obama has shown himself enough of a wild card that congressional Republicans know they would be completely daft to feed him anything new.

We’ll see your pen and phone, and raise you a nothing doing.

Rand Paul's immigration speech
...The Republican Party must embrace more legal immigration.

Unfortunately, like many of the major debates in Washington, immigration has become a stalemate-where both sides are imprisoned by their own rhetoric or attachment to sacred cows that prevent the possibility of a balanced solution.

Immigration Reform will not occur until Conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.

Let's start that conversation by acknowledging we aren't going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants.

If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you...

This is where prudence, compassion and thrift all point us toward the same goal: bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society.

Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers.12 million more people assimilating into society. 12 million more people being productive contributors.

Rand Paul calls on conservatives to embrace immigration reform
Latinos, should be a natural constituency for the party, Paul argued, but "Republicans have pushed them away with harsh rhetoric over immigration." ...he would create a bipartisan panel to determine how many visas should be granted for workers already in the United States and those who might follow... [and the buried lead] "Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers...

Vote-crazed Democrats want amnesty because it means a massive power shift in the electorate that will heavily favor them.........

EXHIBIT ONE Amnesty will fulfill Obama's dream of a permanent Democratic majority. Obama's done everything to suck-up to illegals except fellate 'em on the steps of the Capitol.

EXHIBIT TWO Buying latino votes is the Democratic MO to stay in power.

EXHIBIT THREE---- EXTORTION, CONSPIRACY AND COLLUSION The Senate amnesty bill hands blood-thirsty La Raza an endless $100 million tax dollars per year to wage war on Americans.

EXHIBIT FOUR--THE ETHNIC SOLDARITY CAUCUS The Congressional Hispanic caucus has been quiet about its role in extorting taxpayers---by financing America-hating La Raza via secret "Congressional earmarks."

EXHIBIT FIVE--- "La Raza" got tax dollars and Congressional earmarks to finance its so-called "mortgage" activities. La Raza's "strategic partnerships” with Wachovia and Bank of America facilitated the falsifying of mortgage-applications and the downgrading of mtge requirements and documentation standards.

EXHIBIT SIX--- La Raza effectively bilked taxpayers out of billions (for bailouts).....decimating the US economy for their own self-serving purposes.

EXHIBIT SEVEN--- La Raza colluded to aid and abet risky federal and private-home loans to latinos over the last decade....forcing the lending industry’s ruinous “don’t ask, don’t tell” policies.

EXHIBIT EIGHT--LAUGH BREAK La Raza pocketed a $1 million Democratic earmark that funded (ahem) “community-development” projects. Analysts report that much of it went to La Raza's "mortgage counseling."

LOL!!!

La Raza's ideology represents a serious threat to the survival of the United States as we know it. If they had their way they would return what is now the American Southwest and California to Mexico. And they align themselves with radical Muslim interests against western civilization around the world. No way they should be getting any US government funding whatsoever.

If the population in the US isn't stabilized, our national identity isn't re-established, and the underclass isn't put back to work, it won't take much for the US to ignite.

Imagine having to work two jobs to pay for your health insurance that is now costing more than your house payment. Then imagine all the millions of welfare slugs who get it all for free. How long can this continue?

La Raza's ideology represents a serious threat to the survival of the United States....

.....the blood-thirsty latinos are colluding w/ other Third World pressure groups to loot the US Treasury and hollow us out from within (like Greece)......

....they want to takeback the American Southwest and California w/ armed conflict, if necessary......

.....they are conspiring w/ radical Muslims whose goal is the destruction of Western civilization and the decimation of Christians around the world.

La Raza means “the race.” It is a racist group, a hate group. No one would advocate giving government funds to neo-Nazis and no one should give government funds to La Raza.
