Sounds like Harry Reid voted in favor and switched his vote late, thus reserving the right to bring the nomination up later. Figures. Guess they'll try and sneak it thru later when the attention dies down.
Senate rejects Obama appointment...

The MAN is an anti-colonialist. He will do whatever he can to right the so-called perceived “wrongs” of “Imperialist America” no matter what it takes. He hates the USA deep down for what he perceives as a suppressive empire.

All Republicans and Democrats Coons, Heitkamp, Manchin, Pryor, Donnelly, Casey and Walsh voted against the nomination. Pryor and Walsh are up for re-election in states that Romney won, so no surprise there. Kind of surprised on the others since there really isn't pressure in their respective states to buck 0bama.
However, noticeably absent from also opposing this turd are other Libs running for re-election in states won by Romney ... Begich, Landrieu, HAGan, Johnson. Use this in November gOp.

Unfortunately, this vote tells USA more about the state of USG, with the large number of Senators who voted for this ridiculus confirmation.
