Uighur leader: “We have plans for many attacks in China”
Washington Post ^ | March 18, 2014 5:45 am EDT | Terrence McCoy

Traditionally, the Uighur separatists aren’t the sort to seek attention. Dwelling primarily in the mountains of Xinjiang Province in northwest China, they don’t maintain an active social media presence like the Taliban or al-Qaeda. They almost never post videos boasting of exploits.

But over the last two weeks, amid so-far unsubstantiated speculation the Uighurs had some involvement in the disappearance of MH370, the Turkic-speaking Muslim group has gained greater international notoriety than perhaps ever before.

:snip:

The Uighur emergence began on March 1 when a group of them wielding knives stormed a train station in southern China and stabbed to death 29 people, injuring at least 140 more.

:snip:

Then late last week, five more Chinese were stabbed to death in another knife fight that involved Uighurs, further rattling a nation still skittish from the March 1 attack.

At the same time, one of the leading Malaysian newspapers, the Harian Metro, reported that police were paying “special attention” to a 35-year-old Uighur passenger who it claimed had once undergone flight simulation training. The report, which the government declined to confirm, said the Uighur had gone to a British university and learned how to fly on a simulator in Sweden around 2006.

Afterward, according to Australia’s News.com, people purporting to represent the Uighur separatist movement hammered journalists with e-mails. They claimed to be behind the airplane’s disappearance — an assertion News.com dismissed as “opportunistic.”

Over the weekend, however, additional claims surfaced that had more credence.

“is Xinjiang about to become Tibet-ed? “

China (and possibly Russia) are probably the only world powers that could and would deal with the issue by committing genocide. I would not be surprised to see the Chinese government send in troops and wipe out the entire local population.

What the hell kind of name is that?

Uighurs?

Looks like it should be pronounced "ooo-ey-goors."

Or maybe "Uggers?"

Weegers? Weegers?

Now we're all supposed to be afraid of Weegers?

Yup - China and Russia can do whatever they want with the murderous islamists.

They couldn’t care less what the world would think. They would do it to take care of themselves, as they should.

The West, on the other hand, sits and watches this cancer to civilization grow, bit by bit, trying to be diplomatic and appeasing. This naivete is going to kill us.

We are stupid and blind. Why, for instance, is anyone even at Gitmo. Why weren’t they all killed? They’re enemies and would kill every one of us given half a chance. How can we be so stupid as to set any of them free?

God help us.

China FM Slams US for Releasing Gitmo Uighurs
Insists Detainees Were ‘Known Terrorists’

In releasing the final three Gitmo Uighurs, the Obama Administration closed a grim chapter in the protracted detention of people who were never even suspected of involvement with either the Taliban or al-Qaeda.

Held for well over a decade, they’ve been ordered released for many years, and it was only now that they finally got around to finding places to send the last of them, China is none too happy.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry insists that the three detainees were “genuine terrorists” because they were suspected members of the East Turkestan secessionist movement, and demands their return.

The three were sent to Slovakia, and China is calling on the Slovak government to immediately send them on to China. Much of the delay of the release of the Uighurs was because they face persecution in China, and such a transfer is obviously not going to happen.

Though China has insisted the Uighurs “threaten the security of the country that receives them,” there has been no incident of Uighur secessionist attacks inside Slovakia, nor anywhere in the region.

I believe no enemies are or can be killed for fear of the liberal’s hysterical reactions. Whoever did it would be creamed by the MSM.

I’m reminded of a nature film about the lifecycle of a predatory wasp that laid its eggs on a living but paralyzed tarantula. The wasp locates the tarantula and the spider freezes, presumably trying to be invisible. The wasp returns several times while digging the spider’s grave to verify it’s still there. Then, it stings the spider. That’s when the spider fights back. But it’s too late. The spider spends the next months in a horrifying existence as the wasp larva slowly eats it alive. That’s western culture as the spider and Islam as the wasp.

My money is on the Chinese government and afterward the world won’t even remember Uighurs existed.

(China is not only our enemy, but it is the enemy of all Muslims)

No, it’s Muslims who are the enemy of all non-Muslims, and even some Muslims. I hope at some point Russia, China, and the US do declare war on radical Islam, and pull the rest of the world with them.

Right now, with China being upset about that jet airliner 777 disapearing, it would not surprise me.

Elsewhere I see this guy was accounted for. Thanks blueplum.

It’s amazing to watch wimp RINOs cower to a bunch of purse-carrying weaklings and be fearful of what a gang of lying, thieving Marxists might think or say about them. You rightfully deal with these pansy, weak thugs by confronting them in a dark parking lot and reading them the riot act.

The Han Chinese have been “Tibeting” Xinjiang Province for a number of years now. That is moving large numbers of Chinese into the province to manage the oil industry there, alter the basic demographics and, of course, run the security apparatus (think KGB and Gestapo). Problem is the Uighurs aren’t passive little Buddhist monks.

Islam - an extinct religion which chose to self-terminate when it’s adherents carried out a mass terror attack on Beijing in the early 21st. Century. The People’s Republic of China responded with a massive thermonuclear attack on Mecca, which now lies at ground zero of the Persian Gulf Radioactive Exclusion Zone. Without it’s fifth pillar, the religion withered away within a few decades. The New Temple in Jerusalem now stands on the site of the corresponding Chinese conventional attack on the Dome of the Rock.

“Wee-goors”. Also spelled Uygurs or Uigurs.

The problem I have with the name is when I tried looking up Uighur music on YouTube, half of the videos the search engine pulled up were from Cenk Uygur, an annoying former MSNBC host.

They want a country of their own - to launch terror attacks on the rest of the Unbeliever World more effectively.

When are people going to learn that Islam is a mental disease?

Does anyone know what happened to the four Uighur separatists who were setup for life in the Bahamas (as I recall) as wards of the U.S. taxpayers? How are they getting on? Are their subsidies arriving on time? Do they feel good about themselves? Are U.S. bureaucrats sensitive to their needs?

“It’s amazing to watch wimp RINOs cower to a bunch of purse-carrying weaklings”

A friend just immigrated back to Israel. He sold me his shotgun and gave me all of his unsold gun stuff. He hands me this man-purse. I said, “You’re kidding.” He grinned, ripped it open and showed me the interior. It was a clandestine fast draw holster for a serious automatic and two clips. But it looks as gay as H*ll.
