Schlafly Endorses McDaniel in Mississippi U.S. Senate Primary

Washington, D.C. – Eagle Forum PAC, a conservative public policy organization founded by pro-family leader Phyllis Schlafly, is proud to endorse Chris McDaniel in the race to represent Mississippi in the United States Senate.

“Chris McDaniel has a solid record when it comes to defending family values and our Constitutional liberties,” said Schlafly. “We need more legislators like him, who are not just Republicans but true conservative champions.”

“He has proven that he is not afraid to stand against the bureaucratic establishment and the Obama Adminstration’s unprecedented overreach into our healthcare and the education of our children through Obamacare and Common Core,” noted Schlafly.

“When the President refuses to enforce the laws, we know that Chris will hold him accountable. We need his courage to restore power, control and sovereignty to the State of Mississippi and greatness to our nation,” declared Schlafly.

“Now, more than ever, we need United States Senators who will not only vote well, but who will roll up their sleeves and fight to protect the values and principles that have sustained us through the years,” concluded Schlafly. “We know Chris McDaniel will do just that.”

“explain? we all dont line there”

Thad Cochran has been in the senate since 1978 and has a liberal voting record. Chris McDaniel is a conservative running against him.

The primary is June 3rd!

Has anyone seen any polling data on the primary?

I would like to think I could be as vigorous as Phyllis when I am pushing 90. She is the last to the fifties conservatives that saved our nation a generation ago. I remember reading “A Choice Not and Echo” in the 60s and loving it.

Buckley, Hayek, Reagan, Goldwater, Kirk, and all the giants of reborn conservatism are all gone, only Phyllis remains.

Apparently, they’re tied. Hence the Politico piece today. The establishment is getting ready to go full throttle to help out their buddy!

Palin also endorsed McDaniels. Are they sure they want to fight this one with McConnell's primary in jeopardy?

“Are they sure they want to fight this one with McConnell’s primary in jeopardy?”

The more establishment money that gets spread around to protect these people, the better. Cornyn had to spend 6 million of his 8 million just to get the nomination. McConnell must be spending millions, Graham will be spending millions.

Thanks. It should get some media attention now that the primary filing is closed.

The choice in the Mississippi (a state won by Romney in 2012) Republican Senate primary is between:

a 77 yr old man with an abysmal conservative rating in a state that is a bastion of conservatism, who wanted to retire but Haley Barbour made him run for re-election

versus Chris McDaniel, a smart, bright, young leader who will help Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and Mike Lee end the rule of the permanent political class in Washington, D.C." ...

So easy even a caveman could do it ............

Hey onyx, wanna talk about a thrill?!? I got this Regional Campaign Manager's phone name and phone number from Chris's Headquarters. The guy was young, energetic and on fire to get McDaniels elected. He didn't want to stop talking about all the reasons we need new blood in Congress. He mimicked everything we hold dear here at Free Republic. It did my heart good to hear his words, especially coming from a young man.

He told me that his friends and some family wanted to know how rich he was getting from his efforts. He laughed and said that he told them the truth, there was no way for him to recoup what he has spent and will spend. I will meet him face to face tomorrow. I sure wish Jim Robinson had business cards, ballcaps, T-shirts and other stuff that we could use. I'd have this boy wearing them in a heartbeat.

I am going to give him the website address and tell him who we are. He was very encouraged when I told him about y'alls plans in April and that we are 'old geezers' looking for new blood. He said that he thought all of us were stuck with the old timers like Thad. I told him, "Nope." we've been watching long enough to know who is for us and who is against us.

Have a good night Dear Lady!
