Having lived in both Platte and Clay counties over the years I must confess that I never knew either county had a free zoo or any zoo for that matter (excepting North Kansas City High School)

Four "Free Days" were promised to voters of Jackson and Clay Counties (in the Metro KC, MO area) for voting to raise their own taxes to give to the KC Zoo.

Last year, those days occurred on weekends and after another "Free Day" also turned violent, the dates were moved to week days when, hopefully, the "utes" would be in school.

Unfortunately, today's "Free Day" occurred during Spring Break, so KC "utes" were celebrating a break from school!

One major problem since KC has elected a black Mayor (white liberals just love him and pat themselves on the back for getting him elected) and now have a black Chief if Police, the "utes" feel no restraints whatsoever!

Comment 1 deleted? What did it say?

Anyhow I thought the tigers got loose, reading the headline.

I think it was a pic from the article, which I suppose isn’t allowed.

“Give or mail them out more than a week in advance.”

And I would do it only if requested by the person. Single mom struggling to keep would plan ahead to take her kids to the zoo and enjoy a nice day out. Gang bangers - not so much.

“admission fee not required for entrance day”.

And in cursive.

I was thinking the same thing. Biggest mistake this country could have made.
