So, if the SC supports this, will vast numbers of corporations have a “come to Jesus” moment?

If we had stipulated early on that courts could not just whimsically overturn previous decisions, many left wing asylum projects would never have been taken up. Perhaps the consent of 2/3 of the states before a court takes up an issue previously ruled on?

If they rule for Hobby Lobby, expect many privately held firms to follow suit. Obama cannot fight them all.

It will be much harder to rule against Hobby Lobby than it was to rule against Obamacare, and look at the ridiculous argement Roberts had to come up with to pull the rug out from under that one.

OBAMACARE is dying of a thousand cuts, but a lot of them are pretty deep.

What is so difficult about this. If you WANT to work and Hobby Lobby, go buy your own frikin’ condoms. Is it really that tough? OR, if you want free condoms as part of your employment package, go work somewhere else.

But that would be liberty. We can’t have that anymore.

Been saying that now for years...

Any Christian that has health insurance is contributing to the murder of innocent babies.

So a few political hacks in black muumuus are going to grace us with their benevolent wisdom. Gee. That’s nice.

Maybe for their next act they’ll throw the chicken bones and tell us our fortunes? Mutter some obscure voodoo incantations and bring about the blessings of Mambo?

I look for Roberts to quote the Bible about obeying the laws of the land.

seemed ready to rule that companies had the same religious rights to object as individuals do.

They already ruled companies have same rights when it comes to free speech.

I don’t see how the court could deny religious exemptions in light of all the other exemptions, waivers and delays that Obama has ordered.

Roberts is a Statist, who does not believe in the God-given rights of man. Statists believe that all rights come from the State and therefore the State is Supreme. If the State is Supreme, the checks and balance system of the constitution is null and void. Obama can do anything he wants, according to the Statists.

The Supreme Court ‘Sounds Ready’ To Throw Out A Controversial Part Of Obamacare

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/supreme-court-reportedly-sounds-ready-174042478.html

The Supreme Court sounded “ready” to throw out the part of the Affordable Care Act that requires certain religious corporations to offer employees contraceptive coverage, according to a report in The Los Angeles Times.

The court’s conservative justices were sharply critical of the provision in the law. The women j ustices, meanwhile — liberals Elena Kagan , Sonia Sotomayor, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg — defended the law, according to the Times.

Justice Anthony Kennedy, a swing voter with a libertarian bent, told U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli, who defended the mandate, that his reasoning “ would permit requiring profit-making corporations to pay for abortions.”

Elena Kagan , Sonia Sotomayor, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Kennedy

That’s only four justices.

This just might happen.
