Mozilla announced on March 24 that Eich, who had served as Chief Technology Officer for almost a decade and was a co-founder of the company, had been appointed as CEO.
Following the outcry from homosexualists when it became known that Eich had supported Proposition 8, the new CEO wrote a blog post pledging his “active commitment to equality” and expressing “sorrow at having caused pain” through the Prop 8 donation.
Despite the post, social media has erupted in calls for his resignation.

Okay, I’m going to say this - I partly blame the church for allowing society to go down this slippery slope of depravity. They have sat back, put their heads in the sand and never spoke up. Most have the belief that they are just waiting to go to heaven - and that’s all well and good -however, Jesus taught us to be the salt and light of the world - and to occupy until He comes again. We are in the world, but not of it - however, most just are happy sitting in a church pew once a week and letting this country go to hell. We don’t have to be activists, but we sure as heck should have stood up and been counted back when prayer was taken out of the schools. The church isn’t being wise as a serpent when it comes to the moral compass of this society.
That would tend to apply more to bisexuals... or what Dennis Miller said about being greedy and needing to get off the fence and pick a hole. :-P
