This illrelevant RINO has teamed with 10 or 15 other retired, irreleveant RINOs to come up with RINOs for marriage “equality”. I would suspect they all have a queer or lesbian son or daughter and they don’t have to run for reelection anymore, so it’s OK to pull a “Dick Cheney”. He was the RINO that got all this “I support homo marriage” talk started, trying to make his dyke daughter like him.

The gate's wide open now: you can "marry" whomever, how many ever, and whatever you luv. That's progress! That's evolution!

Larry Craig should have waited a few years before he stuck his leg under that bathroom stall. He’d be senate minority leader now.

What’s the difference between a libertarian and an anarchist?

You can’t just throw your hands up and say let whomever “marry” whatever they want. That ignores the important role that marriage plays in our society, at least up the point that no-fault divorce laws were enacted by the feminists in the 70s. Marriage is an institution that unites parents (mainly fathers) with their offspring. Technically, it is supposed to make dads responsible for their kids, give kids both a mom and a dad, and keep dads willie reserved for his wife so that he doesn’t go around fertilizing women willy-nilly, as it were. Look the poo Black community to see what happens where marriage is not valued and where government sends taxpayer money to poor single moms.

Cut the funding to single moms and children and maybe I’ll consider that government has no role in promoting marriage. Poor, fatherless kids are a big problem in this country and the government promotes more of them through single-mom subsidies and no-fault divorce laws that render marriage a temporary institution.

Alan Simpson babe always struck me as a shallow thinker. This facile assessment of the nature of marriage confirms my suspicion.

there is a reason he is unelectable today.

I think all this live and let live is really about allowing the DC orgy to continue without judgment or political cost.

These politicians want their mistresses and wives and boyfriends and farm animals.

is that because of the short life expectancy so that there are very few old people in that group with retirement pensions?

A sample that only includes working age people is going to have a higher income.

The same result will be achieve when death panels start killing the “weak”.

Look at San Francisco, Hollywood, even other places where they may go, ski resorts out West, parts of NYC, probably have to have money to live in these places. Also, perhaps some do well in the arts, film, etc.

“We used the word ‘legalization,’ “ former Wyoming Sen. Alan K. Simpson tells NPR’s Guy Raz. “And everybody fell asleep lightly for a while, and we were able to do legalization.”

Simpson says the amnesty provision actually saved the act from being a total loss. “It’s not perfect, but 2.9 million people came forward. If you can bring one person out of an exploited relationship, that’s good enough for me.”

“With the ultimate goal of destroying all vestiges of Western Judeo-Christian Civilization. “

And THAT is why they have no problem when Islamists execute gay people. If Brendan Eich was Mohammad Abdullah, he’d still be part of Mozilla.

Alan Simpson is garbage. And he’s no fiscal conservative either. He co-lead Obama’s “National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform”, carrying his water.

Now he’s running for Mayor of Brokeback Mountain? How bizzare that the queer movement would make use of an 82 year old RINO that most people don’t remember.

He’s probably a poof himself. Who knows.

I agree though; what a weird “ally”. Even political junkies (like me) paused and thought “Who’s that?”.

Strange. But homosexuality itself is strange.

I kind of favor people going out and earning their ‘rights’ so that other peoples rights are also on the field in play.

People in WY truly believe in Al, but they wouldn’t back Colin for governor for some reason. Instead the turned to Cliff Hansen’s grandson, who was found to have violated the WY Constitution regarding the office of superintendent of public instruction.

a federal constitutional amendment shuts down the judges.

Do you think there are 38 states that would pass such an amendment?
