“You need to remove your add on to the title.”

The administrators should do that or pull the thread.

Having seen the videos of the women there, I doubt anyone could “put” them anywhere.

I do not think this is propaganda smear. I do not know who it was, but on FOX News this weekend, they interviewed some guy who said they were considering putting women and children in front so that when they got shot, the world would see. This is not what the left is saying - someone who was there was saying this. And you may think it is a smear job, but that is the action of a coward.

The points of whether women should be put in a dangerous situation, and for what reasons have long been the subject of debate. However, the title to this thread implies that this ‘action plan’ by a retired Sheriff who was there is and was sanctioned by Bundy. I have seen no evidence that supports this except the interview with this retired Sheriff using a generic “we”.

There were hundreds of people there, all in general support of Bundy and his tiff with the BLM. However, it is possible (likely even) that he doesn’t subscribe to the views of everyone there.

Odds are there is now a disinformation campaign underway so that the Bundy’s lose support and Reid can take the ranch.

Your by-line is vicious, unsupported agitprop.

Muslims and leftists put women and children in harms way.

Texan women put themselves in harm’s way when under attack, and I expect Nevada women do, too.

Probably should get some children with their pets too. That would stop the FBI swat team. For the left political correctness trumps bullets...might work for us.

I don't understand why people are so upset with you posting what Richard Mack said.

There didn't seem to be a problem with posting Richard Mack's statements when he was saying a SWAT raid was being planned on the Bundy's ranch.

Sheriff: Feds strategize for 'raid' on ranch [Sheriff Mack]

Exclusive: Sources Inside The BLM and Las Vegas Metro Say Feds Are Planning A Raid On Bundy Home

Bundy Ranch: Sheriff Mack Confirms SWAT Raid Imminent

I think Mack's comments speak poorly of some of the people supporting the Bundy family, but not necessarily the Bundys. Why? Because I don't believe a word Mack says unless it's verified by a reliable and independent third-party.

They who? I am not impressed with this former sheriff, seems to me he is only stirring the pot to keep himself attention. I may be wrong but I am guessing he has a book to sell and or wants to be a consultant for FOX news. At this point I don’t believe a word he says, some say he really knows his stuff but he has no ranching background that I am aware of nor is he from Nevada. He cannot possibly be an expert at any of this. I am also skeptical that he has so many contacts with the feds that are keeping him in the loop on this.

I have been part of the ranching community since birth and would bet if this was ever considered by Bundys even for a moment it was suggested by the women themselves. Ranch women are not like city women, not at all.

Liberals do it all the time in their protests,
in order to make those they are protesting against look even more thuggy.

Probably not necessary in the case of American resistance to fedgov thuggery, though. They get “over-thuggy” anyway.

They don’t necessarily have a problem with what Richard Mack said, they have a problem with Chessplayer stating that the “Bundy’s considered using women as shields”.

This statement was from Richard Mack, NOT the Bundy’s, so to ascribe this plan to the Bundy’s is LESS than honest!

No one is questioning whether or not it was stated, only that it was the Bundy’s who were considering it or planning it!

There is no time stamp in the Hardball interview, but it doesn't matter anyway. I watched the video at the link, to see what Mack had to say. He said nothing about the Bundy ranch situation.

He talked about OSHA, 9/11 trutherism, whether Reagan acted constitutionally, and so on, but never mentioned the Bundy ranch situation.

I’d like to see enough of Mack’s statement to understand the context, rather than that snippet which starts mid-sentence.

Let’s pretend for a moment that Bundy was the one who considered putting women up front, as you have accused. What does that mean? That Reid’s Rustlers have the right to gun them down?

I don’t care about Bundy. I don’t even know him. I don’t care if he’s a nice man, or evil incarnate.

This isn’t about him. It’s about us.
