A California man is suing McDonald’s for 1.5 million dollar because he only received one napkin with his meal. The man claims to have emailed the general manager of the restaurant to complain but was not satisfied with the free food they offered him to make him happy.

you would think that someone on the same mentality as Obama-Phone Girl (or that D.B. who they interviewed after Obama won in 2008)would pull a stunt like this.

I can understand sueing McDonalds for taking a crap then discovering there is no toilet paper,but this is nuts,then again,California is infamous for the being the dumbest of all the 57 states.
And don’t get me started about Dunkin’ Donuts not trusting its patrons to put in their own cream or sugar...
Just another example of the somthin’-for-nothin’ crowd. They spend every minute of every day finding ways to leech from others, with tens of thousands of ‘John Edwards’ types just a phone call away to make it happen.
I was in a parking lot and TOUCHED a bumper of another vehicle(someone could have been standing between them and it wouldn’t have hurt them). There was absolutely no damage what so ever to their car, but they were on the phone to the police, insurance, and whoever the hell they could think of within 30 seconds of it happening. You’d think I had just ran over their kid or something. A passenger even got out holding his neck. LOL
I believe they thought they’d won the lottery or something. Their tone changed completely as soon as I started taking pictures of the non-damage. I sent the pics to my insurance. I hope they don’t pay those losers a dime, but they probably will. Probably cheaper for the insurance to buy them a new bumper than to litigate, and easier to jack up my premiums(forever) to compensate for their payout.

He found a lawyer who would take this case? Must not be very busy.

There is no shortage of unscrupulous lawyers willing to take such a case when the defendant has deep pockets.
