Thanks SeekAndFind.
"Nobody who knows POTUS' thinking on Keystone is talking and nobody who is talking knows," White House spokesman Matt Lehrich said on Twitter Wednesday evening.
IOW, Zero has decided, and Lehlich is in the first category.

Obama will do whatever Tom Steyer and George Soros tell him to do, based on what will make them the most money. Right now what makes them the most money is delaying his decision.

He's not *going* to decide. That's the plan. He'll delay and delay until those behind the pipeline say “bleep this, let's send the oil to China via Vancouver”.

Why does he get to decide? Shouldn’t the states involved or the Congress have the say?

Has anyone heard about a connection between the Berkshire Hathaway-owned Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and the Keystone Pipeline NOT being approved because Warren Buffet stands to lose $2B/a year if Keystone is approved? I saw this on Facebook so it may not be true but it sounds plausible.
