Charles Schumer: ‘We are going to pass that bill and sign it into law this year’

Immigration reform will be passed this summer, Sen. Charles Schumer predicted Monday during a visit to the 12th annual Daily News/CUNY Citizenship NOW! immigration call-in.

“I want to let you in on a little secret. We are going to pass that bill and sign it into law this year," said the New York Democrat, one of the authors of a Senate immigration bill that would provide a path to citizenship for millions of undocumented immigrants, overhaul the current system and boost border enforcement.

A reform measure is now stalled in the House.

“We will have an immigration bill — it may not be exactly the Senate bill — on the floor of the House ... We will come to an agreement. They will put that bill on the President's desk for President Obama to sign into law," Schumer said.

"The Republican Party knows if it continues to be seen as anti-immigrant, they're going to lose election after election ... Their leadership knows it, and they're trying to convince the rank and file."

Daily News Chairman and Publisher Mortimer Zuckerman, CUNY Senior Vice Chancellor Jay Hershenson, Daily News President and Chief Executive Officer Bill Holiber and Daily News Editor-in-Chief Colin Myler welcomed Schumer and a host of other state, city and local officials to help launch the annual immigrant information service, headquartered at Stella and Charles Guttman Community College in midtown Manhattan.

“I've had a wonderful experience with this country and there’s no (other) country in the world that in a sense welcomes and gives opportunities to immigrants,” said Zuckerman, who emigrated from Canada.

The lame-duck Congress will pass it the day after the midterm elections.

It's a done deal.

With a lot of heavy lifting from "Republicans", the Democrats will, once again, do this:

The Republican Party knows if it continues to be seen as anti-immigrant, they're going to lose election after election

...And we Democrats so want the Republicans to win more elections!

I don't know which hacks me off more - Schumer and his lying deceit, or the many stupid, moronic, mindless, good-for-nothing Republicans who believe him, and will act on that belief.

I'm sure the Dems sit in their smoke-filled back rooms, cigars and ports in hand, and laugh at the Republican party until they can't hardly breath.

Obergruppenfuhrer Schumer knows that without the foreign freeloader votes, the jackass is going to get its ass kicked in November. I can see why he’s in panic mode right now.

Boehner's cartoonish whine about his colleagues notwithstanding----his REAL problem is us pesky voters.

Fear of grassroots political repercussions (ala Obamacare) is keeping OUR REPRESENTATIVES from voting for this unwise legislation.

The Senate amnesty bill is dangerously flawed, and its glaring ommissions WRT the securing of US ntl security, cannot ever serve as the basis for useful legislation.

By legalizing illegal aliens w/out shoring up law enforcement, we hand an engraved invitation to global Third Worlders----all of 'em salivating to ride the US gravy train.....each seperatist group conniving w/ a hidden agenda.

Amnesty recklessly opens the door wide for illiterate, low-skilled aliens, born and bred in savage cultures, here only to suck up US benefits and take jobs away from Americans.

Third Worlders may, in fact, contribute their labor to the US but their loyalties are elsewhere----they have no intention of becoming Americanized....of participating as equals in American culture, our vast history, or preserving American values.

The amnesty bill amply demonstrates that this separatist population intends to usurp the US political system to advance their own hidden agenda.

Amnesty is the Obamacare atrocity w/ Spanish sub-titles.

Inside the immigration reform bill (1198 pp; NOT ONE LINE protects Americans)

Inch your way through the Senate immigration bill and you’ll find special stuff for ski instructors, cruise line repairmen and Irish workers......“committee’’ mentioned 152 times; task forces cited 39 times.

Welcome to the Senate’s 1,198-page blueprint for overhauling the nation’s immigration system. Few lawmakers probably read the weighty tome (SOUND FAMILIAR), so we did. And we found it full of exacting details, excruciating bureaucracy and a little pork......given the number of lawmakers who confessed they didn’t read the 2010 health care law, the question arises whether they’ve read the whole thing. Their stock answer is that staff reviews each page and warns about politically troublesome pieces.

....there’s a section starting on page 113 titled “protection of ILLEGAL family values in ILLEGAL apprehension programs.” Should an illegal be deterred at the border, US officials would have to determine if they were a parent, guardian or child. Then, when determining repatriation or prosecution, they have to consider “family unity whenever possible,” as well as “the best interest of the illegals' child.”

The northern border and the southern border get different treatment. The bill lays out in precise detail the kind of security it wants along the U.S.-Mexico divide. In the El Paso region, for example, the bill specifies 71 fixed camera systems, 170 “unattended ground sensors,” 24 handheld equipment devices, 31 mobile surveillance systems, and so on. There are also provisions along the southern border for four unmanned aircraft systems, or drones, 30 marine vessels, 17 additional Huey helicopters, 10 converted and five new Black Hawk helicopters and more.

SUMMATION--- Of 1198 pages---8 pages are devoted to the amnesty bill itself; 1190 pages are devoted to politicans' kickback, exceptions, what they forgot in the last bill and previous bills, slush funds, pork funds (like why porn stars don't like condoms, naming of bldg., & Hwys, bridges, airports(.....and the usual unnecessary spending and tax-paid bailouts.

Nothing about protecting Americans from the murderous problem of Middle Eastern illegal alien terrorists that gather at the Mexican border, cross over into the US, and hide in terrorist sleeper cells around US military installations, in high-hazard US facilities, conspiring against Americans.

Elected officials are placing Obama's dream of a Democratic majority and his Marxism, and political correctness above the safety and security of Americans, US national security, the preservation of our Constitution, law and order, and our sacrosanct rule of law.

Includes BOTH Democrats and RINO/GOP leaders/followers in the Republican Party participating.

====================================================

Meet the new Dummycrats---voting several times each under several identities----salivating at the chance to lord it over Americans (who are paying the bills). Quoting America hater Miguel Perez of Cal State-Northridge’s MEChA chapter: “The ultimate MECha ideology is the liberation of Aztlan (taking back the SW USA). Communism would be closest [to it]. Once Aztlan is established on US soil, ethnic cleansing (of Americans) would commence: Non-Chicanos (Americans) would have to be expelled — opposition groups (that's us) would be quashed because latinos have to keep power.”

======================================================

Amnesty pimps like Pelosi, Schumer and Gutierrez are awfully close-mouthed about federal Tax dollars flowing to race- based, blood-thirsty "La Raza." The amnesty bill would gift LaRaza w/ a neverending untraceable $100 million per year slush fund to conduct its hate-America activites.

NOTE Violence-filled La Raza was given tax dollars and Congressionsl earmarks to finance its )ahem) mortgage activities. La Raza's "strategic partnerships” with Wachovia and Bank of America forced the lowering mortgage-application requirements and documentation standards. La Raza aided and abetted risky federal and private-home loans to latinos over the last decade thanks to the lending industry’s version of “don’t ask, don’t tell.”

In addition to millions of federal tax dollars, La Raza also collected a $1 million Democratic earmark that funded “community-development” projects. Analysts report that much of it went to "mortgage counseling." (waiting for hysterical laughter to die down).

Like the current powerful move by the communists Democrats it might just happen since the GOP is dead. Included will be the right to vote in the 2016 elections. They also will give billions of all forms of aid to the illegals to bolster the Democrat base. So still some silly idiots of Republicans will not vote R in any case so we will not get the Senate. Why are Republicans so dumb.

By the way, miss Romney yet? That''s what happen here.

oOr the last 40 years the traitors in DC have done everything they can to replace American voters with Mexicans.

They aren’t about to give up — now that they are so close to their goal.

Obama, Schumer and the rest of the Dummycrat amnesty crowd have done everything to suck up for votes except fellate a latino on the Capitol steps.

-===============================================

Republican Sen Charles Grassley tried to protect Americans w/ this amendment to the amnesty bill: "Congress should not thumb its nose at the millions of Americans who are victims of identity theft, often perpetrated by an undocumented person who steals Social Security numbers to get jobs, govt benefits, driver's licenses and more. This amendment will simply require the person applying for RPI status to disclose any previously used Social Security numbers," said Grassley. "It's the first step to helping clean up the mess that's been created for the victim of identity theft. The amendment also authorizes certain federal agencies, upon receipt of this information, to notify individuals who were the victims."

SEN SCHUMER WENT PROSTRATE, GOT OUT THE LIP BALM, AND PUCKERED UP: Dismissing Sen Grassley's proposal, Sen Schumer (Dimwit-NY) said: "When people are living in undocumented status, there are times, I suppose, when they've made up identities, made up Social Security numbers. How are they going to remember all that? (The) purpose of this bill is to bring people out of the shadows. We all know when they lived in the shadows, they had to forge documents, forge Social Security numbers, et cetera. I just don't see how, when you've lived here 10 years, and you've had many different identities, many different numbers, you're going to remember them all," said Schumer.

=============================================

A PROTECTION RACKET EMBEDDED IN US LAW Would you believe the amnesty bill actually protects corrupt Latino Public Officials from US laws and from prosecution.......only latino pols, mind you.

Vote-crazed Dems allow amnesty to absolve elected/appointed latinos holding US public office from prosecution for wrongdoing---for crimes like government fraud, graft, bribery, selling votes for cash....(the usual politician crimes).

There really is a Ntl Assoc of Latino Elected and Appt Officials organized for govt fraud.

NANCY SUCKS UP at Ntl Assoc of Latino Elected and Appt Officials Gala in DC
L-R--Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ);
Dr Salomon Melgen (under scrutiny for corrupt deals w/ Sen Menendez);
Rep Nancy Pelosi (Dimwit-CAL); Francisco
J. Sanchez, US Under Secy of Commerce for Intl Trade,
Emilio Sanchez, Pres/CEO of VOXXI

The lame-duck Congress will pass it the day after the midterm elections.

It's a done deal.

They allow citizenship to millions of illegals and the GOP will never, ever, win another national election again because the illegal now citizen won't vote for them ever and the country will be gone completely to third world status.

Refuse the immigration reform, and risk what exactly? Bad press? Loss of donations from business supporters of illegals?

Boner's problem is demonstrated by the choice his daughter made in marriage partner. She chooses a Rasta-Jamacian, and for his own domestic tranquility, we have to sacrifice the nation. That's just Marvelous.
