On Wednesday, everyone on Wall Street will be talking about the weather.
No, its not going to snow. But snow will be important to the discussion because Wednesday is when the Commerce Department will release its advanced look at the nations gross domestic product (GDP) for the first three months of 2014.
And the GDP is going to be awful. The only debate right now is about the degree of awfulness.

I may be misinterpreted by some into thinking I believe in glow-bull pseudo-scienced. It’s always interesting to see the lib’s latest excuse. I do believe that the cold winter did hurt the economy. Therefore, a warmer winter (and perhaps warmer summer) would therefore help it, not?
So, let there be warming. We can have fun by placing giant magnifying glasses over congress and watch them explode like ants when the little sleezy insects wander out of their offices.

Well of course the weather is to blame. We’ve never had weather before.

If the economy was strong & growing,, you know that POS Øbama would be taking credit,, regardless of the weather...

I’m wondering if the brutal winter didn’t also create a lot of jobs and extra income...keeping roads maintained, fuel deliveries, home and business weather damage, local restaurants,....
So they’re willing to acknowledge the brutal cold when it suits their needs!
