CNN'S KING MOCKS WH SPIN ON BENGHAZI DOCUMENTS
BREITBART TV ^ | May 1, 2014

Posted on 05/01/2014 9:06:10 AM PDT by Hotlanta Mike

On Thursday's broadcast of CNN's "New Day," network political analyst John King was critical of the White House's handling of the revelations in recently released Benghazi emails, particularly White House press secretary Jay Carney's interaction with ABC White House correspondent Jon Karl a day earlier.

“I don’t know how you can say this is not about Benghazi," King said. "If you look at the timeline of events, I can’t understand why the White House did this.”

Carney, “Are you going to believe us or you own lying eyes?”
Carney had that smug look while arguing with Jon Karl of ABC. They got away with it on a bizarre explanation of a video protest. I think Carney believe he can do it again. Not about Benghazi, yeah, right.

Slate was pretty critical too!

Benghazi was about swapping the Blind Sheik for our Ambassador.
Uninvited armed “help” messed that up.

He abandoned the Americans in Benghazi because he was hiding the transfer of MANPADS and other war material from Libya to Syria.

Lapdog media is asking a stupid question like that? Really?

And Jonathan Karl also acting as though this info has caused himself to finally realize what happened in Benghazi too..

Could it be that Sheryl Atkinsons revelations have had an impact such that some LSM "journalists" have to put on a show of actually doing their jobs for appearances sake?

He abandoned the Americans in Benghazi because he was hiding the transfer of MANPADS and other war material from Libya to Syria.

There had to be something else that was going on, beyond running guns to Syria.

The gun-running aspect could be immediately defused by two words: Iran-Contra.

So, what else would require a hastily manufactured cover-up -- one hatched on the spot that the administration would cling to desperately as it became more and more tattered with every day?

I submit there was a pre-arrangement between Obama and Morsi to kidnap the Ambassador, then trade him for the Blind Sheikh. As part of the agreement, it was understood there would be no serious resistance to the terrorists. However, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods undertook to resist -- disobeying orders to do so. In the ensuing violence, Stevens lost his life -- thereby destroying the original objective of the exercise.

When the White House found that Stevens was dead, it was time to implement a cover-up on short notice.

Perhaps the dam is bursting, but I tend to think the MSM insures to protect the dam by exposing some cracks and then filling them in.

Of course they are ignoring so many other cracks, it will eventually burst, they just don’t have enough crack fillers, in meantime the MSM will do all they can to protect the King.

Besides it’s not the King’s fault he spends all his time battling the racist republicans.

Naah...the senate and house are a lock in 2014. I’d liken this more to a septic tank methane explosion.

I’d let more crap build up in the septic tank first, I’m fine with it if it blows up in mid-2015...

After all these months, how come Larry Klayman at Judicial Watch can find the one smoking gun Benghazi Email on the origins of the YouTube video lie but Daryl Issa CAN'T?

An OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE charge should be made against the WH over this Email since it wasn't provided to Congress as requested previously.

Hillary KNEW the 'protest over the video' narrative was a big fat LIE, and that is why she refused to appear on the Sunday news programs!!! She is a major part of the cover-up, if not the mastermind.

They might succeed in hiding the original motives and evidence, but the coverup was so full of illegal actions, this administration cannot survive a full investigation. First, the “stand down” order has to have come from the Chief Executive. Period. It can't be just “somebody.” Nobody else has that authority. Second, the removal of an admiral from authority for trying to effect a legally mandated rescue was illegal and again MUST be from the Chief Executive. On that basis alone, at a minimum, Obama MUST resign. Further, he should be charged with treason and tried in a court of law. The failure of Sec. Clinton to respond to hundreds of messages begging for help was treason AND incompetence AND criminal. She can never sit as Chief Executive or even lick postage stamps on taxpayer payroll. She should be charged and tried for treason as well. That this woman has the gall to stand up for elective office is an outrage. She hasn't the judgment to sort socks.

Bingo! Release of the Blind Sheik was Morsi's #1 campaign pledge and he stated this numerous times. At Morsi's request, Hillary REDUCED Stevens' security at the compound shortly before the attack. The kidnapping plot is the ONLY possible explanation for stripping Stevens of his security prior to the attack. Hillary wanted to make him as vulnerable as possible so the kidnapping would be successful.

There is a YouTube video from Benghazi where men are overheard saying "Don't shoot.. We were sent by Morsi".

Retired Military Official: We Knew Benghazi Attacks Attributable to Terrorist Group, Not Video

Michael Warren
May 1, 2014

http://www.weeklystandard.com/print/blogs/military-official-benghazi-attacks-attributable-terrorist-group_788938.html

A retired military officer serving in the U.S.’s Africa Command headquarters in Germany told the House oversight committee Thursday that it was his belief at the time that the September 11, 2012, attack on the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya was attributable to an Islamic extremist group and not an internet video.

Robert Lovell was an brigadier general with the Air Force, stationed in Germany, when four Americans were killed in Benghazi. In his congressional testimony, Lovell said that his role was to focus on “attribution” of the attack.

“What do you believe they were attributable to?” asked Utah Republican congressman Jason Chaffetz.

“That they were attributable to an Islamist extremist group,” Lovell responded.

“Al Qaeda?” Chaffetz asked.

“We felt it was Ansar al Sharia,” said Lovell.

“Which is affiliated with al Qaeda?” Chaffetz asked.

“Yes,” said Lovell.

Watch the exchange below:

Lovell also said that the attack was not attributable to a video or protests arising from such a video.

Libyan president: ‘No doubt’ attack ‘preplanned’ (Flashback 2012)
Politico ^ | September 16, 2012 | By Kevin Cirilli

Libya President Mohamed Yousef El-Magariaf said Sunday that 50 arrests have been made in connection with last week’s “preplanned” attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi that left U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans dead.

“The way these perpetrators acted and moved — I think we, and they’re choosing the specific date for this so-called demonstration, I think we have no, this leaves us with no doubt that this was pre-planned, determined,” Magariaf said on CBS’s “Face the Nation.”

“And you believe that this was the work of Al Qaeda, and you believe that it was led by foreigners. Is that what you’re telling us?” CBS host Bob Schieffer asked.

“It was planned, definitely. It was planned by foreigners, by people who entered the country a few months ago. And they were planning this criminal act since their arrival,” Magariaf said.

Magariaf said that more than 50 arrests have been made with some suspects from Mali and Algeria.

“They entered Libya from different directions. Some of them definitely from Mali and Algeria,” Magariaf said. . .
