House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi has rejected the terms of a GOP-created select committee on Benghazi, but Republicans are moving ahead without them.
A top aide to House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, told the Washington Examiner that the Benghazi Select Committee met today for the first time and plans to move ahead with its investigation, despite the missing Democrats.
"We made a fair offer," Boehner spokesman Michael Steel said. "We hope they appoint Democrats. At this point, it's time to get to work."
Pelosi, D-Calif., rejected the panel's terms in letter to Boehner that was in response to GOP proposal about the select panel would operate.
Democrats say they are concerned it will not allow their party to participate fairly in the investigation, which will involve subpoenas and viewing of classified materials related to the Sept. 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi.....

I don’t see the hearings turning into a circus if we can keep the clowns from the ‘RAT party from showing up. We also will have a better chance at getting down to the truth of what really happened. The ‘RATS can stay home and screen YouTube videos for their Muzzie pals.
They need to move quickly if they want to attract conservatives to vote for incubant Rwpublicans.

But they are missing something. This is, to them, one of Hillary’s cover ups, where she leaves every inconvenient to her survivor holding the bag.
But it isn’t.
Hillary is incompetent. She was always going to fall on her face. I know NYC liberal show people who said as much when she took the Senate seat.
H fooled around. and this is what we have.
But this is an international incident. The dems are so deluded, oh, and so are the ‘Hoover Republicans’ Mark Levin talks about.
The truth of this can not go away. The Chinese and the Arab world, Putin, the Euros, they all know what is going on here, as well as any caring American housewife.
They apologized to the terrorists for causing them to want to whack our representatives, our diplomats, and a cover up ensued.
And then a fifteen month cover up of a cover up on top of more.
It transcends what the mainstream media can do to cover it up, primarily because the inquiry is not designed to be a media circus.
It is to get to the truth.
And anyone who has ever served in the military knows this is a case of not only leaving troops behind, a much worse offense than any single case of a soldier deserting, in my mind, but the highest echelons of the government leaving troops behind, without backup, ignoring pleas for backup.
It’s not so much a military code. It is natural law, and it is in the fiber of our country, and those who ignore it stand out and not in a good way.
So, this will not go away
What rules did the Dems operate under when Nancy was in Charge? Did subpoenas require sign off from Republicans? If not, TFB.
Pelosi is nothing but a stool infused assclown. Needs to be sent home and get another face adjustment.

Pelosi is a no-account from a totally secure 'Rat district. If she truly wants her side to win, she should shut up and fade into the woodwork.

Obama’s legacy is now doomed to the ash heap of history as a disaster. Their bigger problem is that by delaying breaking away from Obama he is dragging the party down further and further. Moreover while all these liberal pundits and the media are focused on national elections, the GOP will be gaining control of even more state houses across the country in this next election cycle. And with winning state elections comes redistricting, giving the majority the ability to gain advantage in future elections.

What did they expect? The Republicans would fold their tent and go home without the RATS participation?
Simply not true! They know damn well they are invited!
Throughout Congressional History, the party in majority gets more seats on committees. In this case, it is only a couple more Representatives and the majority party gets to pick an overall Chair.
But it is just POLITICS to say they won't be allowed to participate fairly.
Now by sitting it out completely, they cannot participate all ALL? How is this MORE fair?
