It has NEVER been used in the history of America.

Lerner is a poor place to start.

Especially with Holder at AG and unwilling to prosecute.

“Contempt of Congress” needs to have some teeth. We need a new law that any federal public servant found to be in contempt of Congress will have their pay and benefits suspended immediately, not to resume until they get themselves back out of contempt by playing ball.
